打造安全共同体:澳大利亚校园欺凌预防机制研究

【摘要】：2003年起,澳大利亚联邦政府相继出台了《安全学校国家框架》(National Safe Schools Framework)及一系列配套文本。实证调查数据显示,该政策实施以来,澳大利亚的校园欺凌问题得到了明显改善。本文从社会学"共同体"的相关论述出发,对澳大利亚预防校园欺凌的相关机制进行分析,探讨校园欺凌问题如何以防带治、打造各利益相关群体参与其中的安全共同体,同时述及安全共同体建设对我国校园暴力治理和预防的启示。
[Abstract]:Since 2003, the Australian Federal Government has issued the National Safe Schools Framework) and a series of supporting texts. Empirical data show that since the implementation of the policy, the problem of bullying in Australia has improved significantly. This paper analyzes the relevant mechanism of preventing bullying on campus in Australia, discusses how to prevent bullying and how to build a safe community in which various stakeholders participate in the process of prevention and treatment from the perspective of sociological "Community". At the same time, the construction of security community on the campus violence management and prevention of enlightenment.
