我国台湾中小学教师评鉴的指标分析及其启示

【摘要】：我国台湾地区构建的中小学教师评鉴指标体系,其主要目标是促进教师的专业发展,并将教师评鉴划分为不同的评鉴层面,主要以课程设计与教学、班级经营与辅导为主要评鉴内容。这种系统化、具体化的教师评鉴指标体系,既规定了重要的评鉴层面,又预留了弹性空间,对我国大陆地区建立教师评鉴指标体系有一定的启示意义。
[Abstract]:The main goal of the evaluation index system of primary and secondary school teachers in Taiwan is to promote the professional development of teachers, and to divide teacher evaluation into different evaluation levels, mainly based on curriculum design and teaching. Class management and guidance for the main evaluation content. This systematic and concrete teacher evaluation index system not only stipulates the important evaluation level but also reserves the flexibility space which has certain enlightenment significance to the establishment of the teacher evaluation index system in the mainland of China.
