农村普通高中学生学习品质的实证分析及提升研究

【摘要】:学习品质是指学生在学习过程中表现出的较为稳定的态度,主要包括学习方法、学习习惯、学习能力和学习心理等。学习方法包括四个方面:学习方式、学习原则、学习手段和学习程序。学习习惯的特点有四个特性:实践性、固化性、自动化和心理依赖。良好的学习品质不是一朝一夕就能养成,这需要一个长期反复的过程,要不断强化,要符合学生的身心发展规律,要持之以恒地渗透,久而久之,良好的学习品质就会形成。但是,现实生活里,有很多的学生却不同程度地存在着学习品质的欠缺。笔者采用文献分析法、问卷调查、访谈、观察法等研究方法,科学分析了学生学习品质养成的个体、家庭、学校、社会、网络等多种影响因素,试图通过我校的样本问卷调查,客观分析了三类高中学生学习方法、学习习惯、心理压力等方面的客观现状,初步探讨提升高中生学习品质要遵循的原则,即循序渐进、反复训练、抓住关键期、家校联合、符合时代、实际出发、面向全体、因人而异、自我教育等原则,采取具体指导、鼓励强化、榜样示范、指导教育、家校合作、情境创设、目标激励等方法。同时,应做到学校、家长、学生等多方合作,缓解学生心理压力;关注学习全过程,提升学生学习方法;全面培养和提升良好学习品质。
[Abstract]:Learning quality refers to the relatively stable attitude of students in the process of learning, mainly including learning methods, learning habits, learning ability and learning psychology. Learning methods include four aspects: learning style, learning principles, learning methods and learning procedures. The characteristics of learning habits have four characteristics: practicality, solidification, automation and psychological dependence. Good learning quality can not be nurtured overnight, it needs a long and repeated process, to be constantly strengthened, to conform to the law of students' physical and mental development, to persevere infiltration, over time, a good learning quality will be formed. However, in real life, there are many students in varying degrees of lack of learning quality. With the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, interview and observation, the author scientifically analyzes the influence factors of students' learning quality, such as individual, family, school, society, network and so on. This paper objectively analyzes the objective status quo of three kinds of high school students' learning methods, study habits, psychological pressure, and discusses the principles to be followed in improving the learning quality of high school students, that is, step by step, repeated training, grasping the key period, combining home and school, etc. In line with the times, reality, facing to all, different from others, self-education and other principles, we should adopt concrete guidance, encourage reinforcement, model demonstration, guide education, home-school cooperation, situation creation, goal motivation and so on. At the same time, schools, parents and students should cooperate in various ways to relieve the psychological pressure of students; pay attention to the whole process of learning and improve students' learning methods; cultivate and improve the good learning quality in an all-round way.
