“超级中学”现象研究

【摘要】:本文是关于“超级中学”现象的研究,通过研究“超级中学”现象,了解“超级中学”的特点、形成的原因及影响,进而对其未来发展走向提出改善建议、促进高中教育均衡发展。整个论文包括四个部分。论文第一部分首先对国内关于“超级中学”的研究文献、报道进行了梳理,并交代了本文的研究方法,列举一些具有代表性的“超级中学”,在教育公平理论下进行研究。论文的第二部分聚焦“超级中学”,首先对什么是“超级中学”下定义,认为“超级中学”是在高考中独占地区北大、清华录取名额,包揽省市文理科“状元”,超高“北清率”、“状元率”,屡创高考“神话”的示范性高级中学。这类中学利用其名牌学校资源,在当地政府的支持下扩建,垄断优秀生源,高考成绩屡创新高;其次总结了“超级中学”的特点,并详细描述了其“超级大”、“在校人数超级多”等突出特点、“一元性”的文化建设和鼓吹性推广方式的特点;最后探讨分析了“超级中学”的类型。论文的第三部分理解“超级中学”,对“超级中学”现象的影响和形成原因进行了分析,认为“超级中学”是一种教育垄断,违背了基础教育理念,损害教育公平性,其产生的原因是教育相关者的推动。论文第四部分反思“超级中学”,对“超级中学”现象进行反思,首先要抑制“超级中学”的垄断发展,认为政府要通过宏观调控来促进教育的公平,同时帮助家长理性认识“择校”问题;其次控制“超级中学”的办学规模,学校既不是车间,也不是军营,学校和班级的规模并非是越大越好,所以这些“超级中学”要缩减办学规模,要做到教师能对每一个学生的学习、思想变化等情况了如指掌的地步为宜;最后倡导各类学校公平竞争,发展优质民办高中,鼓励发展多元化教育形式。
[Abstract]:This paper is a study of the phenomenon of "super middle school", through the study of "super middle school" phenomenon, understand the characteristics of "super middle school", the causes and effects of its formation, and then put forward suggestions for its future development. To promote the balanced development of high school education. The whole thesis includes four parts. In the first part of this paper, the author reviews the domestic research literature on "super middle school", and explains the research methods of this paper, enumerates some representative "super middle schools", and carries on the research under the educational fair theory. The second part of the thesis focuses on "super middle school", first of all, it defines "super middle school", and thinks that "super middle school" is the "top student" in Beijing University, Tsinghua University, the exclusive area in the college entrance examination. Super-high "North Qing rate", "number one rate", the National College entrance examination "Myth" model of high schools. With the help of their famous school resources and with the support of the local government, this kind of high school has monopolized the source of outstanding students and scored record results in the college entrance examination. Secondly, it summarized the characteristics of "super middle school" and described in detail its "super big". The characteristics of "super large number of students", the characteristics of "monistic" culture construction and the way of advocating promotion are discussed and the types of "super middle school" are discussed. In the third part of the paper, the author analyzes the influence of the phenomenon of "super middle school" and the reasons of its formation, and concludes that "super middle school" is a kind of educational monopoly, which violates the idea of basic education and impairs the fairness of education. Its reason is the education related person's promotion. In the fourth part of the paper, we reflect on the phenomenon of "super middle school", first of all, we should restrain the monopoly development of "super middle school", and think that the government should promote the fairness of education through macro-control. At the same time, it helps parents to understand rationally the problem of "choosing schools"; secondly, to control the scale of running "super high schools," the schools are neither workshops nor barracks, and the size of schools and classes is not the bigger the better. Therefore, these "super high schools" should reduce the scale of running a school, so that teachers can understand every student's learning and ideological changes, and finally advocate fair competition among all kinds of schools and develop high-quality private high schools. Encourage the development of diversified forms of education.
