中学德育中营地教育模式的探索式研究

【摘要】：随着我国改革开放的深入以及国内外形势的快速发展变化,出现了在培养青少年思想道德素质过程中的诸多问题。青少年的德育发展遇到了前所未有的挑战,同时也是一次难能可贵的突破旧思维的机会。该文针对中学德育发展的新趋势,对前人的研究进行了反思和梳理,试图通过将营地教育(camp education)与我国中学德育结合起来,以解决当代中学德育遇到的教育难题以及学生体验问题,最终达到知行合一的效果,使青少年健康全面发展。该文从四个方面来阐述中学德育中营地教育模式的探索式研究。首先,该文从德育学、心理学、思想政治教育学等多学科的角度,对该文的的相关概念进行界定,如营地教育,中学德育,中学德育中营地教育模式,明确该文的相关概念,为深入研究做好铺垫工作。其中该文重点分析了中学德育中营地教育模式的内涵,并从目标、内容、原则三个方面引申其内涵。其次,该文从当前中学德育的主要弊端和当前中学德育的“营地理念”的缺失来阐述中学德育中营地教育模式开展的必要性。正是由于当前德育的体验与实践愈行愈远导致了当下的诸多德育问题,而解决的途径就是在中学德育中进行营地教育模式的探索。再次,该文结合长沙县某中学在中学德育中进行营地教育模式的探索式发展的现状,详细阐述该校营地教育课程的设置以及课程评价方法。最后,该文从德育学、思想政治教育学、心理学等多学科角度分析中学德育中营地教育模式的方法,给出了情景法、社会实践法以及交流法,并详细阐述了各自的类别以及运用原则。可以说该文顺应了当代德育发展的潮流。该文撰写的创新之处就在于,将西方较为先进的营地教育理念引入中学德育体系之中,并在长沙县某中学进行了实际探索,该文从中得出了量化的成果,得出了中学德育中营地教育模式的方法。可以说,营地教育理念是当下中学德育的重要补充,可以弥补很多中学德育的不足。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the rapid development of the situation at home and abroad, there are many problems in the process of cultivating the ideological and moral quality of young people. The development of moral education of teenagers meets unprecedented challenges, and it is also a valuable opportunity to break through the old thinking. In view of the new trend of the development of moral education in middle schools, this paper reflects on and combs the previous studies, and tries to combine the camp education (camp education) with the moral education in middle schools in our country. In order to solve the problems of education and students' experience in moral education in contemporary middle schools, we can achieve the effect of integration of knowledge and practice, and make the teenagers develop healthily and comprehensively. This paper expounds the exploring research of camp education model in middle school moral education from four aspects. First of all, from the perspective of moral education, psychology, ideological and political pedagogy, this paper defines the related concepts, such as camp education, camp education model in middle school moral education, and clear definition of the related concepts. Lay the groundwork for further study. This paper analyzes the connotation of camp education mode in middle school moral education, and extends its connotation from three aspects: goal, content and principle. Secondly, this paper expounds the necessity of developing camp education mode in middle school moral education from the main malpractice of moral education in middle school and the lack of camp idea of moral education in middle school. It is the experience and practice of moral education that leads to many current moral problems, and the way to solve this problem is to explore the mode of camp education in middle school moral education. Thirdly, combined with the current situation of the exploring development of camp education mode in middle school moral education in a middle school in Changsha County, this paper elaborates the curriculum setting and course evaluation method of camp education in Changsha County. Finally, this paper analyzes the methods of camp education model in middle school moral education from the perspectives of moral education, ideological and political education, psychology and so on, and gives the situational method, social practice method and communication method. And elaborated each category as well as the application principle. It can be said that this article conforms to the trend of the development of contemporary moral education. The innovation of this paper lies in the introduction of the advanced idea of camp education in the west into the moral education system of middle schools, and the practical exploration in a middle school in Changsha County, from which the quantitative results are obtained. The method of camp education model in middle school moral education is obtained. It can be said that the concept of camp education is an important supplement to moral education in middle schools and can make up for the deficiency of many moral education in middle schools.
