“国培”效果评估的异化与回归

【摘要】:效果评估具有价值判断、理念指导、问题诊断的功能,是"国培"不可忽视的重要组成部分和内容载体。目前却存在缺位困境,导致"国培"效果评估功能异化。须从准备评估、过程评估、后续评估三个维度构建贯穿整个培训过程以及学员返岗后中长期效果评价的"国培"效果评估模式,促使效果评估功能回归,以此助推"国培"评估切实"落地",打造出一支"师德为先、学生为本、能力为重、终身学习"的基础教育教师队伍。
[Abstract]:The effect evaluation has the function of value judgment, idea guidance and problem diagnosis. It is an important component and content carrier that can not be ignored in Guopei. At present, however, there is a dilemma of absence, which leads to the alienation of the evaluation function of "national culture". From the three dimensions of preparation assessment, process assessment and follow-up evaluation, we should construct the "national culture" effect evaluation model which runs through the whole training process and the long-term effect evaluation after the students return to the post, so as to promote the return of the effect assessment function. In order to promote "national training" evaluation "landing", to create a "teacher ethics first, student-oriented, ability is the most important, lifelong learning" basic education teachers.
