高中思想政治课教师专业发展存在的问题及其对策

【摘要】:教师是教育教学活动的主体,教师专业发展的状况,对全面推进教育改革,推广新教育理念,以及完善教育教学质量,都起着重要作用,甚至决定教育事业的成败。就当今高中思想政治课教师专业发展情况而言,普遍存在着自我发展意识、能力不足等诸多问题。因此,对思想政治课教师专业发展存在的问题及对策进行研究,有助于促进思想政治课教师专业发展,增强思想政治课教学实效性,促进新课程理念的实施。通过分析高中思想政治课教师专业发展现状,并对国内外相关研究成果进行总结归纳,本文主要从四个方面进行研究。第一部分主要是对高中思想政治课教师专业发展的内涵及其必要性进行论述;第二部分主要是针对当前高中思想政治课教师专业发展存在问题,从自我发展能力、知识结构以及综合素质三方面进行研究;第三部分是针对第二部分发现的问题,从环境、教研活动、教师评价制度和传统考试制度四个方面来分析问题产生的原因;第四部分主要是针对如何促进高中思想政治课教师专业发展进行的探讨。这部分主要从三个角度来分析,首先,教师自身要增强专业发展意识、提高自我发展能力;其次,学校方面要提高组织和管理活动的有效性和针对性;最后,还需要改革传统的考试制度,为教师建立促进其专业发展的考评制度。
[Abstract]:Teachers are the main body of education and teaching activities. The situation of teachers' professional development plays an important role in promoting educational reform, popularizing new educational concepts, and improving the quality of education, and even determines the success or failure of educational undertakings. In terms of the professional development of ideological and political teachers in senior high school nowadays, there are many problems such as self-development consciousness, lack of ability and so on. Therefore, the study on the problems and countermeasures of the professional development of ideological and political teachers will help to promote the professional development of ideological and political teachers, enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching, and promote the implementation of the new curriculum concept. By analyzing the current situation of professional development of high school ideological and political teachers, and summarizing the related research results at home and abroad, this paper mainly studies from four aspects. The first part mainly discusses the connotation and necessity of the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers. The second part mainly aims at the problems existing in the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers from the perspective of self-development ability. The third part is to analyze the causes of the problems from four aspects of environment, teaching and research activities, teacher evaluation system and traditional examination system, aiming at the problems found in the second part. The fourth part mainly discusses how to promote the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers. This part is mainly analyzed from three angles. Firstly, teachers should enhance their professional development consciousness and improve their self-development ability; secondly, the school should improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the organization and management activities; finally, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the organization and management activities. There is also a need to reform the traditional examination system and establish a system for teachers to promote their professional development.
