措美县中小学教育管理现状分析与对策研究

【摘要】:党中央十分重视西藏教育事业的发展,通过加大教育投入,实行教育援藏、“三包”等一系列特殊优惠政策和措施,支持西藏教育发展。西藏各级政府也逐年加大对教育的投入,教育事业取得了显著成就,为促进西藏经济发展社会进步做出了贡献。社会的发展离不开教育,教育的实施需要进行科学有效的管理。从全国范围来看,教育教学管理方面的研究非常多,大都提出了一些非常好的行之有效的教育教学管理模式,并且在实践中也取得了切实的成效。但西藏在教育教学方面特别是中小学教育教学管理方面研究的较少。究其原因,主要是西藏的教育事业发展起步较晚,在很长一段时间内,西藏教育处于一个改善教学设施、加大投入力度上,忽视了教育教学管理方面的研究。加之西藏特殊的地理、历史、自然环境,很难留住人才,专门的研究人员较少,对教育教学管理方面的研究显得力不从心。本文从措美县县中小学教育教学的现状、存在问题进行剖析,试图以点到而,放眼全区,为西藏自治区中小学教育教学管理提供一些借鉴、一些参考文章第一部分为绪论,包括问题的提出、研究目的与意义、文献综述和研究方法等。文章第二部分为措美县教育教学现状及分析,包括措美县及学校基本情况,学校基础设施建设情况,师资建设情况,教师管理现状及分析,学生管理现状及分析。第三部分为解决措美县教育教学管理问题提出对策与建议。
[Abstract]:The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the development of education in Tibet and supports the development of education in Tibet by increasing educational investment, implementing special preferential policies and measures such as education to aid Tibet, and "three guarantees." The governments at all levels in Tibet have also increased their investment in education year by year, and the educational undertakings have made remarkable achievements, which have contributed to the economic development and social progress of Tibet. The development of society is inseparable from education, and the implementation of education needs scientific and effective management. From the point of view of the whole country, there are a lot of researches on education and teaching management, most of them have put forward some very good and effective educational and teaching management models, and have also achieved practical results in practice. However, Tibet has done little research on education and teaching management, especially in primary and secondary schools. The main reason is that the development of education in Tibet started relatively late. In a long period of time, education in Tibet has been improving teaching facilities, increasing investment and neglecting the research on education and teaching management. In addition, Tibet's special geography, history, natural environment, it is very difficult to retain talent, there are fewer specialized researchers, the study of education and teaching management appears to be inadequate. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of primary and secondary education and teaching in Cuomei County, and tries to provide some references for the education and teaching management of primary and secondary schools in Tibet Autonomous region by looking at the whole district. The first part of some reference articles is an introduction. Including the question raised, the purpose and significance of the research, literature review and research methods and so on. The second part of the article is divided into the current situation and analysis of education and teaching in Cuomei county, including the basic situation of the county and school, the construction of school infrastructure, the construction of teachers, the present situation and analysis of teacher management, the present situation and analysis of student management. The third part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of education and teaching management in Cuomei County.
