物理探究式教学中的教师角色定位研究

【摘要】:知识经济时代的到来,使得实践操作能力、探究与创新精神,成为关系到民族可持续发展的重要因素。对此,新课程改革理念指出:要转变传统死记硬背的学习方式,倡导合作探究、自主学习,以锻炼学生的实践能力,提升他们的科学素养,充分发挥学生的学习主动性和积极性,积极开展探究教学,培养创新精神。虽然探究式教学强调对学生学习方式的转变,但实际上,教师的角色转变更不能忽视。尽管探究式教学注重以学生为中心,但由于学生进行自主探究能力还比较弱,因而,还需要教师的引导。实践证明,在探究学习过程中,无论是探究内容的选择、探究条件的创造、还是探究各阶段的活动,都需要教师的有效引导。所以探究式教学在强调学生主体地位的同时,也不能忽视教师的作用,在必要的时候,还应当适度加强。本文主要从以下五个部分展开论述:第一部分,针对探究式教学定义、特征以及运用过程需要注意的一些问题展开分析。第二部分,对角色、教师角色进行定义,分析了探究式教学中教师角色的发展历史。第三部分,在物理探究式教学过程中,教师应当扮演促进者、探究者、组织者、终身学习者、研究者等角色。第四部分,分析物理探究式教学中,教师角色扮演过程出现的主要问题。第五部分,提出几点改善对策,以期能够为相关教育者提供帮助。
[Abstract]:With the coming of knowledge economy era, practical operation ability, exploration and innovation spirit have become the important factors related to the sustainable development of the nation. In view of this, the new curriculum reform idea points out that we should change the traditional learning mode of rote learning, advocate cooperative inquiry and self-study, so as to train students' practical ability and enhance their scientific literacy. Give full play to the initiative and enthusiasm of students, actively carry out inquiry teaching, cultivate the spirit of innovation. Although inquiry teaching emphasizes the change of students' learning style, in fact, the change of teachers' role should not be ignored. Although inquiry teaching focuses on students, it needs the guidance of teachers because students' ability of independent inquiry is still weak. Practice has proved that in the process of inquiry learning, teachers' effective guidance is needed, whether it is the selection of inquiry content, the creation of inquiry conditions, or the activities of each stage of inquiry. Therefore, inquiry teaching should not neglect the role of teachers while emphasizing the main position of students, and should be appropriately strengthened when necessary. This paper mainly discusses the following five parts: the first part, the author analyzes the definition, characteristics and application process of inquiry teaching. In the second part, the author defines the roles of teachers and analyzes the development history of the roles of teachers in inquiry teaching. In the third part, in the process of physics inquiry teaching, teachers should play the role of promoter, inquiring, organizer, lifelong learner, researcher and so on. The fourth part analyzes the main problems in the process of teacher's role-playing in the physics inquiry teaching. The fifth part, puts forward several improvement countermeasures, hoping to provide help for relevant educators.
