网络时代中小学校园危机管理对策研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the times, the modern communication technology, represented by the Internet, has brought mankind into the network age of digital survival and communication. The arrival of the network age has provided a more diversified way for the campus crisis management. At the same time, it also faces more serious challenges. The occurrence of various network crisis events has seriously affected the normal education and teaching work. Therefore, how to construct the crisis management system of primary and secondary schools under the network environment, and how to correctly deal with the influence of the network media on the campus crisis in primary and secondary schools, Maintaining the safety and stability of primary and secondary schools has become an urgent problem. The campus of primary and middle schools is an integral part of the society, and the ability of minors to cope with the crisis is limited. Therefore, it is not only the need of the development of many primary and secondary schools to improve the crisis management of the network of primary and secondary schools, but also the social responsibility of the middle and primary schools. In the face of the opportunities and challenges brought about by the crisis management of primary and secondary schools in the network age, this paper, on the basis of deeply analyzing the concept of campus network crisis, relies on the theory of public crisis management, the theory of cooperative governance, the theory of agenda setting, and other theoretical tools. This paper analyzes the influence of network times on the crisis management of primary and middle schools, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures. This paper clarifies the connotation, definition and characteristics of crisis management in primary and secondary schools, and determines that the basic theories of crisis management in primary and secondary schools are public crisis management theory, cooperative governance theory, silent spiral theory and agenda setting theory. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the crisis management in the primary and middle schools, it is shown that its achievements are mainly reflected in three aspects, namely, the crisis management in the primary and middle schools has received extensive attention, the emergency management plan has been established and the education of emergency management has been strengthened step by step. At the same time, there are some deficiencies in the crisis management of primary and secondary schools, including the lack of safety education in primary and secondary schools, the lack of simulation exercises, the non-standard psychological intervention mechanism, and the imperfect long-term management mechanism. The goal of crisis management has five aspects, such as deviation. Then, starting from the definition of the network age and the characteristics of public opinion, it shows that the crisis management of primary and secondary schools in the network age is facing new problems, including the weak guidance of public opinion. The crisis consciousness of network times is weak and the problems in the process of campus crisis management are several aspects. In the face of the above situation, this paper mainly discusses the new mode of crisis management in primary and secondary schools in the network age, and explains that the crisis management in primary and secondary schools should be based on the principles of quick response, open information and sincere communication. The suggestions and countermeasures are put forward from the following aspects: actively dealing with network public opinion, strengthening crisis consciousness, constructing crisis prevention mechanism and establishing crisis response mechanism.
