“国培计划”初中生物骨干教师培训方案调查研究

【摘要】:教师在职培训是促进教师专业化发展的重要手段之一。近年来世界各国都高度重视教师专业化发展,教师培训成为教育领域关注的热点。我国在2009年提出“中小学教师国家级培训计划(简称‘国培计划’)”,从国家层面统筹组织,开展教师培训工作。本研究以建构主义、成人学习理论、自我更新取向的教师专业发展等为理论基础,以“国培计划”中小学骨干教师培训为切入点,针对初中生物学科培训方案的实施现状及满意度等进行调查研究。采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法、资料分析法等研究方法,对2011年—2014年“国培计划”初中生物骨干教师短期集中研修项目参训教师的培训需求、培训方案的满意度进行问卷调查及访谈。得出的结论是:初中生物教师最喜欢的培训方式是案例分析;最需要的培训内容是教学设计、教学实施与教学评价;最喜欢的培训专家是具有一定理论修养的一线优秀骨干教师;最重要的考核方式是课堂参与的表现。学员对培训方案整体满意度较高,但是仍有课程内容过于宽泛且安排紧张、任务难度大等问题。最后提出解决策略:培训方案的设计要契合参训教师职业生涯发展;课程设置要分层次、多元化、国际化;要丰富资源,为中小学教师建立专门的文献数据库,长期支持教师专业化发展等。
[Abstract]:Teacher-in-service training is one of the important means to promote the professional development of teachers. In recent years, many countries all over the world attach great importance to the professional development of teachers, and teacher training has become the focus of attention in the field of education. In 2009, China put forward the "National training Plan for Primary and Secondary School Teachers", which organized the teacher training from the national level. This study is based on constructivism, adult learning theory, self-renewal orientation of teachers' professional development and so on. This paper investigates the status quo and satisfaction of junior high school biology training program. With the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, interview, data analysis, etc., the training needs of junior high school biology backbone teachers from 2011 to 2014 are analyzed. The satisfaction of the training program was investigated by questionnaire and interview. The conclusions are as follows: the preferred training method of biology teachers in junior high school is case analysis, the most needed training content is teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation; The most favorite training experts are first-line backbone teachers with certain theoretical accomplishment, and the most important assessment method is the performance of classroom participation. The students' overall satisfaction with the training program is high, but there are still some problems such as too broad content, tight arrangement and difficult task. Finally, the solution strategy is put forward: the design of the training scheme should fit in with the career development of the teachers, the curriculum should be divided into levels, diversified and internationalized, and the resources should be enriched, and a special literature database should be established for the primary and secondary school teachers. Long-term support for the professional development of teachers.
