互联网时代中学生时间管理现状研究

【摘要】：互联网背景下,中学生学会合理使用和管理自己的时间尤为重要。自我管理的重点是能依据自身个性和潜质选择适合的发展方向,合理分配和使用时间。为更好地了解互联网时代中学生的时间管理情况,采用访谈法和问卷调查法对中学生时间管理现状进行调查研究,发现在自己可控时间内,中学生时间管理总体较好。初中生以学习为主;高中生呈现多样化,与网络相关的活动较多。但仍有部分学生在可控时间内比较茫然,无所事事。为了让学生更好地适应社会、健康生活,需要有针对性地加强中学生时间管理能力的培养。
[Abstract]:Under the background of Internet, it is particularly important for middle school students to learn to use and manage their own time rationally. The emphasis of self-management is to choose suitable development direction according to self-personality and potential, to allocate and use time reasonably. In order to better understand the situation of middle school students' time management in the Internet era, the present situation of middle school students' time management is investigated by means of interview and questionnaire, and it is found that the middle school students' time management is generally good within their controllable time. Junior high school students mainly study; high school students present a variety of activities related to the network. But there are still some students in the controllable time is more vacant, idle. In order to make students better adapt to the society and live healthily, it is necessary to strengthen the ability of time management of middle school students.
