涞源县第一中学学生量化管理现状调查

【摘要】:所谓学校管理,就是指为了使教育目标最优化实现而采取的系列管理方式方法。自我国改革开放以来,特别是社会主义市场经济体制建立以后,科学技术与教育早已经成为我国社会发展的两个轮子,推动着科教兴国战略的实施和发展。学校管理已成为一门学科专业,被社会特别是众多的教育者所重视,其方式方法和管理模式也被细化和细分,而作为管理模式之一的量化管理办法越来越被各级各类学校所看重,并日趋成为当前学校管理的主要手段,大有泛化之趋势。本文通过采用查阅文献、调查问卷以及比较分析的方法,对涞源县第一中学学生量化管理现状进行了调查研究,旨在摸清量化管理方法在实践中的得与失。本文首先简述了学生量化管理的基本内容,其次通过调查重点分析了涞源县第一中学学生量化管理的成效以及存在的问题。涞源县第一中学学生量化管理中存在的主要问题有:一量化管理忽视了学生的个性发展.二、量化管理加剧了矛盾对立。三、功能发挥不到位,四、体系建设不完善。最后从涞源县第一中学学生量化管理细则的制定原则、细则的内容、管理制度的有效实施等几个方面提出了合理化建议。
[Abstract]:School management is a series of management methods adopted in order to optimize the realization of educational objectives. Since China's reform and opening up, especially after the establishment of the socialist market economic system, science and technology and education have become two wheels of social development in our country, which promote the implementation and development of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. School management has become a discipline and has been paid attention to by the society, especially many educators, and its methods and management models have also been refined and subdivided. As one of the management models, the quantitative management method has been paid more and more attention to by all kinds of schools at all levels, and has become the main means of the current school management, which has a trend of generalization. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire and comparative analysis, this paper investigates and studies the present situation of quantitative management of the first middle school students in Laiyuan County, in order to find out the gain and loss of the quantitative management method in practice. This paper first introduces the basic contents of student quantitative management, and then analyzes the effectiveness and problems of student quantification management in the first middle school of Laiyuan County through the investigation. Laiyuan County the first middle school students in quantitative management of the main problems: a quantitative management ignored the development of students' personality. Second, quantitative management intensifies the contradiction and opposition. Third, the function display is not in place, fourth, the system construction is not perfect. Finally, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions from the formulation principle, the content of the rules, the effective implementation of the management system and so on.
