七个向度:学校文化建设的品质提升

【摘要】：学校文化建设是现代学校实现内涵发展的一条根本途径。学校的教育品质与学校文化密切相关,学校内涵发展需要进一步提升学校文化建设的水平。针对学校文化建设的现状,提出学校文化建设品质提升的七个向度,即本体意识、价值为要、师生主体、育人导向、课程载体、动态生成、整体推进。说明七个向度的提出依据,并对七个向度分别进行分析阐释。
[Abstract]:The construction of school culture is a fundamental way to realize the connotation development of modern school. The quality of school education is closely related to school culture, and the development of school connotation needs to further improve the level of school culture construction. In view of the present situation of school culture construction, this paper puts forward seven dimensions of improving the quality of school culture construction, that is, Noumenon consciousness, value as the main body, teachers and students as the main body, education-oriented, curriculum carrier, dynamic generation and overall promotion. Explain the basis of seven dimensions, and analyze the seven dimensions.
