合作学习教学法在篮球教学中运用的实验研究

【摘要】：随着网络和电视转播等媒体的发展,国内的初中学生受NBA(National Bsketball of America)的影响越来越大,深深的被NBA球员所展现出的篮球之美所吸引,越来越多的初中学生喜欢上篮球这项运动。篮球这项运动是九年义务教育七年级体育与健康课程的重要组成部分,越来越多的学生对篮球教学这部分感兴趣。但受到教学方法的制约,学生很难在有限的教学时间内学会更多的篮球技能,更不用说在这有限的时间内学会在简单的比赛中运用了。本研究旨在通过利用教学实验的方法来证明在实际教学中运用“合作学习教学法”能否使学生更好的掌握篮球基本技术和简单规则的比赛。本研究的对象是:“合作学习教学法”在篮球教学中运用的实验研究。实验的对象是在原阳县第一初级中学七年级随机选择的两个班级的学生,其中实验班和对照班各40人,男女比例均为50%。实验班的教学方法是“合作学习教学法”,实践研究的时间共计36个学时。本研究主要采用教学实验法。通过以上研究方法得出以下结论:(1)身体素质方面:28米折返跑和助跑单脚起跳摸高。通过测试证明,原阳县第一初级中学七年级篮球课中,实验班运用的是“合作学习教学法”,28米折返跑的教学效果相对于对照班无显著性差异,但助跑单脚起跳摸高有显著的差异性。(2)篮球技能方面:全场两人行进间双手胸前传接球、半场行进间高手投篮和无球、运球移动组合测试,在原阳县第一初级中学七年级体育与健康篮球教学中采用“合作学习教学法”的实验班教学效果明显好于对照班。(3)体育与健康篮球教学中采用“合作学习教学法”的实验班,所有成员在实现共同任务中加强了凝聚力,学会了通过互相合作来完成共同目标。
[Abstract]:With the development of the media such as network and TV, the junior middle school students in China are more and more influenced by NBA (National Bsketball of America), deeply attracted by the beauty of basketball shown by NBA players. More and more junior high school students like to play basketball. Basketball is an important part of sports and health curriculum in the seventh grade of nine-year compulsory education. More and more students are interested in basketball teaching. However, restricted by teaching methods, it is difficult for students to learn more basketball skills in limited teaching time, let alone learn to use in simple games in this limited time. The purpose of this study is to prove whether the use of "cooperative learning teaching method" in practical teaching can make students better master the basic skills and simple rules of basketball. The object of this study is: the experimental study on the application of cooperative learning method in basketball teaching. The subjects of the experiment were two classes randomly selected in grade seven of the first junior middle school in Yuanyang County. The experimental class and the control class had 40 students each with a ratio of 50 to 50. The teaching method of experimental class is "cooperative learning teaching method", the time of practical study is 36 hours. This research mainly adopts the teaching experiment method. The conclusions are as follows: (1) physical quality: 28 m reverse run and one-legged take-off. Through the test, it is proved that in the seventh grade basketball class of the first junior middle school of Yuanyang County, the experimental class uses the "cooperative learning teaching method", and the teaching effect of the 28m reverse run is not significantly different from that of the control class. However, there were significant differences in one-legged take-off and touch height. (2) Basketball skills: a combination test of two-handed chest pass and catch between two players, a combination test of shooting and dribbling, In the seventh grade physical education and healthy basketball teaching of the first junior middle school of Yuanyang County, the teaching effect of the experimental class with "cooperative learning method" is obviously better than that of the control class. (3) Cooperative learning is adopted in the teaching of physical education and healthy basketball. The experimental class of the teaching method, All members have strengthened cohesion in accomplishing common tasks and learned to work together to achieve common goals.
