基于应用型人才培养的语文教师队伍建设

【摘要】：正随着社会的发展,应用型人才在社会经济市场上的需求越来越大,因为应用型人才兼具理论知识和实践能力,非常符合现代社会的需求。语文教育能够提升人的人文素养,让应用型人才具备更好的品格和更强的应用能力。只有提高语文教师队伍建设的水平,才能不断提升应用型人才的人文素养,所以我们要建设一支兼具文化知识和教学应用能力的语文教师队伍。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the demand of applied talents in the social and economic market is more and more great, because the applied talents have both theoretical knowledge and practical ability, which are very in line with the needs of modern society. Chinese education can improve people's humanistic accomplishment and make the applied talents have better character and stronger application ability. Only by improving the level of the construction of Chinese teachers can we continuously improve the humanistic literacy of applied talents, so we should build a Chinese teachers team with both cultural knowledge and teaching ability.
