镇康县初中数学教师专业成长的个案研究

【摘要】:我国教师队伍建设的整体走向正在由“数量扩张”向“质量提升”的历史性转型,实现整个教师群体的成长需要有优秀教师专业成长的带动。专业成长是教师做好本职工作的基本要求,而真正专业化的教师必须具备专业化的教育信念、专业化的学科知识、专业化的理论知识、专业化的实践知识,借鉴优秀教师的成长经历,进行总结、研究,从而带动更多教师的专业成长。这项研究的主要内容有两项:其一,运用调查法对镇康县初中数学教师专业成长的现状开展调查研究;其二,在调查的基础上,选取4位初中数学教师作为个案研究的对象,运用教育叙事法和访谈,通过个案中教师专业成长途径的研究,提供一些有助于初中数学教师专业成长的建议。这项研究所得到的主要结论为:初中数学教师的专业成长差不多都经历过教师专业成长的一般成长阶段。他们从普通教师中脱颖而出,成长为优秀教师,大致需要经历三个阶段:适应期,发展期,胜任期;其次,影响教师专业成长的因素主要有个人因素和环境因素,通过教师个人不懈的努力,可以克服不利因素的影响,成为优秀的教师。教师个人专业成长,直接影响着教师素质的提升,这是一个动态、伴随职业生涯的过程。这项研究对镇康县初中数学教师专业成长进行调查、阐述与分析,运用典型案例的引领,分享成功经验,分析教师专业成长的阶段性、影响因素和成长途径,对专业成长进行总结和反思。这对初中数学教师专业成长有积极的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The overall trend of the construction of Chinese teachers' contingent is changing from "quantity expansion" to "quality improvement". To realize the growth of the whole group of teachers, it is necessary to have the driving force of excellent teachers' professional growth. Professional growth is the basic requirement for teachers to do their job well, and a truly professional teacher must have professional educational belief, specialized subject knowledge, specialized theoretical knowledge, specialized practical knowledge, etc. Learn from the growth experience of excellent teachers, summarize, research, so as to promote more teachers' professional growth. The main contents of this study are as follows: first, the present situation of junior high school mathematics teachers' professional growth in Zhenkang County is investigated by using the method of investigation; Secondly, on the basis of the investigation, four junior high school mathematics teachers are selected as the object of case study, and the educational narrative method and interview are used to study the ways of teachers' professional growth in the case. To provide some help to junior high school math teachers professional development advice. The main conclusion of this study is that the professional growth of mathematics teachers in junior high school has almost experienced the general growth stage of teachers' professional growth. They stand out from ordinary teachers and become excellent teachers. They generally need to go through three stages: adaptation period, development period, competency period; Secondly, the factors that affect teachers' professional growth are mainly personal factors and environmental factors. Through their unremitting efforts, teachers can overcome the influence of unfavorable factors and become excellent teachers. The personal professional growth of teachers directly affects the improvement of teachers' quality, which is a dynamic process accompanied by a career. This study investigates the professional growth of mathematics teachers in Zhenkang County, expounds and analyzes it, uses the guidance of typical cases, shares successful experiences, and analyzes the stages, influencing factors and growth paths of teachers' professional growth. Summarize and reflect on professional growth. This has the positive reference value to the junior high school mathematics teacher profession growth.
