高中校园安全制度建设的研究

【摘要】：教育,目前在国人的心目中正受到史上所未有的高度关注。而作为教育的载体——校园,尤其是高中校园,这一人们心目中的一方净土、"象牙塔",正遭受到来自许多方面的影响和侵犯。高中生是祖国的未来,高中校园安全成为社会的焦点。校园安全事故的频繁发生,不仅对学生身心健康发展甚至生命造成威胁,还导致家长沉重的精神和经济负担,束缚了教育教学工作顺利开展,并影响着社会的和谐稳定。如何还学生一个安全的学习环境,如何做好校园安全制度的建设是当前亟需解决的问题。本研究在已有研究成果的基础上,以大量的理论基础作为支撑,通过问卷调查,访谈等方法对高中校园安全制度建设中存在的问题进行了比较深入的分析和探讨。本研究包括四个部分,具体内容如下:第一部分为引言,论述了本文的研究背景及意义。第二部分为国内外相关文献综述,对高中生,安全教育进行了概念界定,并且对国内外研究现状,对国内外的相关研究进行了总结和归纳,并提出了本研究的创新之处。第三部分为高中校园安全现状调查与分析,首先为进行本文研究所使用的研究方法,主要包括:文献研究法、调查问卷法和访谈法。然后从当前堪忧的高中校园安全制度现状及问题原因、安全制度建设原因等方面进行客观分析和梳理。第四部分为校园安全制度建设的对策研究,主要包括专门制订《学校安全法》、进一步深化制度功能的认识以及校园安全制度完善等方面采取相应的措施和策略。
[Abstract]:Education, in the minds of people in the eyes of the history is not a high degree of concern. As the carrier of education, the campus, especially the high school campus, is a pure land in people's mind, "ivory tower", which is being affected and violated by many aspects. High school students are the future of the motherland, high school campus security has become the focus of society. The frequent occurrence of campus safety accidents not only threatens the development of students' physical and mental health and even their lives, but also leads to a heavy mental and economic burden on parents, hinders the smooth development of education and teaching, and affects the harmony and stability of the society. How to return a safe learning environment for students and how to do a good job in the construction of campus safety system is an urgent problem to be solved. On the basis of the existing research results, based on a large number of theoretical basis, through questionnaire survey, interviews and other methods, this paper makes a deep analysis and discussion on the problems existing in the construction of high school campus security system. This research includes four parts. The main contents are as follows: the first part is the introduction, which discusses the background and significance of this paper. The second part is the domestic and foreign literature review, the high school students, safety education has carried on the concept definition, and has carried on the summary and the induction to the domestic and foreign research present situation, has proposed this research innovation. The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of high school campus security. Firstly, the research methods used in this study include: literature research, questionnaire and interview. Then from the current worrying high school campus security system and the causes of problems, security system construction and other aspects of objective analysis and sorting. The fourth part is the countermeasure research of the campus safety system construction, mainly including making the school safety law specially, further deepening the understanding of the system function and perfecting the campus safety system and taking corresponding measures and strategies.
