做好高考考生违规处理工作的探讨

【摘要】：高考作为我国最大规模的人才选拔制度,其公平公正性和权威性得到了全社会和广大人民群众的高度认可,考生违纪作弊严重损害了高考的公平公正,依法处理违规考生工作事关高考的公平公正。文章指出高考考生违规行为的内涵,高考考生违规处理的依据和基本原则,并以山东省高考考生违规处理工作为例进行分析,探索做好考生违规处理工作的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:As the largest talent selection system in China, the college entrance examination has been highly recognized by the whole society and the broad masses of the people. Cheating in violation of discipline has seriously damaged the fairness and fairness of the college entrance examination. Handling illegal examinee work according to law is related to the fairness and justice of college entrance examination. This paper points out the connotation of the illegal behavior of the college entrance examination examinee, the basis and basic principle of dealing with the violation of the law, and takes Shandong Province as an example to analyze the work of dealing with the violation of the law, and to explore the way of thinking and method of doing well the work of dealing with the violation of the law.
