对教育部“国培计划”的中小学体育教研员培训需求的分析研究
[Abstract]:The "National Education Program" is a comprehensive training program for primary and secondary school teachers, which has been implemented by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance since 2010, with the aim of improving the overall quality of the primary and secondary school teachers. Physical education teaching and research staff in primary and middle schools are the backbone of physical education teaching, the main leader of subject teaching and research, and the guiding teachers of all subject teachers. It plays an indispensable role in primary and secondary education. Training is a systematic process, the first step of training is to determine whether participants have training needs, and if so, what needs. In this paper, the author takes the "National Education Program" of the Ministry of Education in 2015 as the entry point to participate in the "National Education Program" of the Ministry of Education-the training project of sports art backbone teachers in Capital physical Education College, and adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, etc. The logical analysis method is used to investigate the training needs of the primary and secondary school teachers involved in the training. The article is divided into four parts. Firstly, the concept definition and research status quo of sports teaching and research staff training are expounded; secondly, the research object and research method are introduced. Third, mainly from the training of the basic situation of teaching and research staff, the content of the training course, time, form and other aspects of the needs and work problems analysis; Finally, on the basis of investigation and research, this paper analyzes and discusses the needs of physical education teachers and researchers in primary and secondary schools, and then makes a summary and puts forward corresponding suggestions. The results are as follows: first, from the basic situation of the trainees, due to the restrictions on the quota of provinces and cities or the small number of teaching and research staff in the prefectures and cities, the allocation difficulties or financial constraints and other objective factors. There is the problem of uneven distribution of the number of teaching and research staff in the national education, no personnel from individual provinces and cities; Nearly half of all faculty and research staff are in multiple roles; there are more in urban areas and fewer in rural areas. Second, from the initiative of participating in the training, the primary and secondary school sports teaching and research staff have a strong interest in training, hoping to solve some of the work through training, teaching problems encountered. However, most teachers and researchers do not have a fixed training cycle and have fewer opportunities to participate in national training. Third, the training curriculum, this paper found that the primary and secondary school sports teaching and research staff training needs to focus on the concept of education and teaching, physical education curriculum related knowledge, methods to guide physical education teachers teaching and research activities, physical education teachers training organization and management, Physical education teaching methods, listening skills, teaching materials analysis methods, sports research methods and so on. Fourthly, in terms of training form and teacher selection, sports teaching and research staff prefer peer experience sharing and exchange, follow class observation and teaching, diagnostic practice, practical case analysis, and hope that education experts will be included in the training. First-line excellent teachers, special teachers to carry out teaching and learning. Fifth, from the point of view of the main purpose of the teachers and researchers participating in the training, updating the knowledge of physical education, improving the ability of sports scientific research, expanding the scope of knowledge, and raising the level of educational and teaching theories are promoting exchanges. Learning new skills is the starting point for participating in the training. Sixth, there are some problems in the current work, how to give full play to the enthusiasm of each physical education teacher, organize and carry out various and targeted school sports teaching and research activities, is an urgent problem to be solved. It is also an important task to solve the problem of the allocation of full-time PE teachers and the improvement of professional ability of full-time PE teachers in remote mountain schools.
