高中英语班内隐性分层教学的实证研究

【摘要】:分层教学是实施因材施教的有效方法和手段,是一种有效的教学方法。时至今日,分层教学的研究已有上百年的历史了。然而,由于一直以来过于极端的分层教学形式和过于明显的学生分层伤害了一些学生的自尊,打击了一些学生的学习积极性,损害了一些学生接受公平教育的权利,近些年,分层教学在我国的发展一直停滞不前。在我国大多数地区,分“提高班”是当今仅有的一种赤裸裸的分层教学的方法。事实上,我们可以把分层教学分为显性分层教学和隐性分层教学,可以把学生分班,也可以在班内把学生分层分组。为了探究适合于我国当下高中英语教学的分层教学方法,笔者界定了显性分层教学和隐性分层教学,以巴班斯基的“教学过程最优化”理论和Krashen的“语言输入假说(i+1)”理论为理论依据设计了高中英语班内隐性分层教学实验和班内显性分层教学实验。通过对高中英语班内隐性分层教学和显性分层教学的实验数据的分析和对比,笔者验证了班内分层教学的优越性,发现了班内隐性分层教学在高中英语教学中的可行性和高效性,发现了班内隐性分层教学比班内显性分层教学更适合于高中英语教学并分析了为什么班内隐性分层教学比班内显性分层教学更适合于高中英语教学,从而,断定班内隐性分层教学是我国当前教育环境下高中英语教学应该走的分层教学的道路。
[Abstract]:Stratified teaching is an effective method and means to carry out teaching according to aptitude. Up to now, the research of stratified teaching has a history of hundreds of years. However, due to the fact that the excessive and overobvious stratification of students has hurt some students' self-esteem, affected the enthusiasm of some students and damaged the right of some students to receive a fair education, in recent years, The development of stratified teaching in our country has been stagnant. In most areas of our country, "improving classes" is the only naked method of stratified teaching. In fact, we can divide stratified teaching into explicit hierarchical teaching and implicit stratified teaching. We can divide students into classes or divide students into groups in class. In order to probe into the stratified teaching methods suitable for senior high school English teaching in our country, the author defines the explicit stratified teaching and the implicit stratified teaching. Based on Barbansky's Theory of "Optimization of Teaching process" and Krashen's Theory of "language input hypothesis (I 1)", this paper designs the implicit stratification teaching experiment and explicit hierarchical teaching experiment in high school English classes. Through the analysis and comparison of the experimental data of implicit stratification teaching and explicit hierarchical teaching in senior English classes, the author verifies the superiority of stratified teaching in class. Find out the feasibility and efficiency of the implicit and stratified teaching in senior high school English teaching. It is found that implicit stratification teaching is more suitable for senior high school English teaching than explicit hierarchical teaching in class, and the reason why implicit stratified teaching is more suitable for senior high school English teaching than explicit stratified teaching in class is analyzed. It is concluded that the implicit stratification teaching in the class is the way for senior high school English teaching in the current educational environment.
