新课标背景下石狮市高中英语教师专业发展现状调查

【摘要】:随着高中英语新课程标准(新课标)在全国范围内的逐步推广,高中英语教学对英语教师提出了更高的要求,高中英语教师的专业发展也就备受关注。因此,调查研究英语教师专业发展的现状、了解高中英语教师对课程改革的态度、探索与高中英语新课程标准相适应的教师专业发展策略显得尤为迫切。为此,本研究选取新课标背景下石狮市高中英语教师专业发展作为研究范畴,从高中英语新课标和英语教师专业发展的视角,通过问卷调查和访谈的形式调查高中英语教师专业发展的现状,分析其中存在的问题,探索促进高中英语教师专业发展的有效策略,为促进高中英语教师专业发展提供借鉴。本研究对44名高中英语教师进行了问卷调查,采用SPSS 20.0统计软件对调查结果进行了分析,并且从中选出来自四所不同学校的4名英语教师进行访谈。通过调查、分析与讨论,本研究得出的主要结论如下:1.高中英语教师男女比例失衡;2.高中英语教学缺乏专家型教师;3.高中英语教师专业自主发展意识淡薄;4.高中英语教师职业认同感不强。
[Abstract]:With the gradual promotion of the new English curriculum standard (new curriculum standard) in senior high school, English teaching in senior high school has put forward higher requirements for English teachers, and the professional development of English teachers in senior high school has attracted much attention. Therefore, it is urgent to investigate the current situation of English teachers' professional development, to understand their attitude towards curriculum reform, and to explore the teachers' professional development strategies that are in line with the new English curriculum standards in senior high schools. Therefore, this study selects the professional development of senior high school English teachers in Shishi City under the background of the new curriculum standard as the research category, from the perspective of the new curriculum standard and the professional development of English teachers in senior high school. The present situation of English teachers' professional development in senior high school is investigated by means of questionnaires and interviews, the existing problems are analyzed, and the effective strategies to promote the professional development of English teachers in senior high schools are explored, so as to provide reference for promoting the professional development of English teachers in senior high schools. In this study, 44 high school English teachers were investigated and analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software, and 4 English teachers from four different schools were selected for interviews. Through investigation, analysis and discussion, the main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The ratio of male and female English teachers in senior high school is out of balance; 2. The senior high school English teaching lacks the expert type teacher; 3. The consciousness of independent development of English teachers in senior high school is weak; 4. High school English teachers' professional identity is not strong.
