淮北市普通高中校园足球竞赛的开展现状与对策

【摘要】：校园足球的发展是竞技足球发展的核心因素,而校园足球,也涵盖了体育课程中的足球教学、课外代表队训练、校园足球竞赛等多元因素。校园足球竞赛,是检验足球教学及训练水平高低的手段,是促进足球参与及培养青少年足球兴趣的重要途径,是校园足球的重要组成部分,因此,对校园足球竞赛进行深入研究,势在必行。本文主要针对淮北市普通高中校园足球竞赛的开展现状及对策展开研究。文章共分为如下几个组成部分：第一部分,绪论。主要对本文的研究背景、国内外研究现状、研究目的和意义进行论述。第二部分,研究对象及研究方法。以淮北市的普通高中校园足球竞赛开展现状为研究对象。运用的研究方法主要有文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法及数理统计法等。第三部分,结果与分析。首先,对淮北市普通高中校园足球竞赛的开展现状进行调查。其次,通过调查发现淮北市普通高中校园足球竞赛存在的问题：(1)学校领导和班主任对校园足球竞赛的开展不够重视；(2)部分家长对孩子参与校园足球竞赛不支持；(3)联赛训练和竞赛经费不足；(4)训练与学生文化课学习之间存在矛盾；(5)足球竞赛安排和队员学习存在冲突；(6)校园足球竞赛类型和场次相对较少。基于存在的问题主要提出如下对策：(1)加强学校领导和班主任的重视；(2)改变家长的传统观点；(3)增强联赛训练和竞赛经费投入；(4)协调好学习与训练之间的关系；(5)协调好竞赛与学习之间的关系；(6)增加校园足球竞赛类型和场次。第四部分,结论与建议。提出的建议主要包括：第一,统一认识我国普通高中校园足球竞赛的重要作用。第二,完善淮北市普通校园足球竞赛的赛事体系。最后,还应营造淮北市普通高中校园足球竞赛体系的发展环境,注重淮北市普通高中校园足球竞赛的市场开发和创建品牌赛事。
[Abstract]:The development of campus football is the core factor of the development of competitive football, and campus football, also covers the sports curriculum in football teaching, extracurricular team training, campus football competition and other multiple factors. Campus football competition is a means to test the level of football teaching and training, an important way to promote football participation and cultivate the interest of young people in football, and an important part of campus football. It is imperative to conduct a thorough study on the campus football competition. This paper mainly focuses on the current situation and countermeasures of campus football competition in Huaibei City. The article is divided into the following parts: the first part, introduction. This paper mainly discusses the research background, domestic and foreign research status, research purpose and significance. The second part, research object and research method. The current situation of campus football competition in Huaibei City is taken as the research object. The main research methods are literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics. The third part, the result and analysis. First of all, to the Huaibei City ordinary high school campus football competition development present situation carries on the investigation. Secondly, through the investigation, we find that there are some problems in the campus football competition in Huaibei City: (1) the school leaders and the class teachers do not pay enough attention to the development of the campus football competition; (2) some parents do not support their children's participation in the campus football competition; (3) lack of funds for league training and competition; (4) contradiction between training and students' study of culture course; (5) conflict between football competition arrangement and team members' study; (6) relatively small number and type of campus football competition. Based on the existing problems, the following countermeasures are put forward: (1) to strengthen the attention of school leaders and class teachers; (2) to change the traditional views of parents; (3) to strengthen the investment in league training and competition; (4) to coordinate the relationship between learning and training; (5) to coordinate the relationship between competition and learning; (6) to increase the types and number of football competitions on campus. Part IV, conclusions and recommendations. The main suggestions are as follows: first, we should understand the important role of campus football competition in Chinese senior high school. Second, perfect the match system of ordinary campus football competition in Huaibei City. Finally, it is necessary to create the development environment of the ordinary high school campus football competition system in Huaibei City, and pay attention to the market development and brand competition of the ordinary high school campus football competition in Huaibei City.
