先分权,再分责

【摘要】：正如果我们不赋予下属履行责任相应的权力,"责任状"大都是空头支票。当领导的大都喜欢跟下属签"责任状",我们有点过于迷信那张纸的力量。其实,现实的情况常常是,如果我们不给下属们履行责任相应的权力,"责任状"大都是空头支票。比较管用的做法是,先分给下属们权力,然后把应该履行的责任带过去。经典的管理学家一定不会同意这种有点荒谬的逻辑,因为科学的授权有着明确的步骤。
[Abstract]:If we do not give subordinates the corresponding authority to discharge their responsibilities, the "letter of responsibility" is mostly a blank check. When most leaders like to sign letters of responsibility with their subordinates, we are a little too superstitious about the power of that piece of paper. In fact, the reality is that if we do not give our subordinates the right to perform their duties, the "letter of responsibility" is mostly a blank check. It would be better to delegate power to subordinates and then take responsibility for it. Classic management scientists must not agree with this somewhat absurd logic, because scientific delegation has a clear step.
