清朝末期中小学体操教科书内容的演变与启示

【摘要】：运用文献资料法和历史研究法,从动作类型、内容衔接与难度梯度三个角度呈现清朝末期体操教科书内容的概貌。研究表明其内容的演变历经三个阶段:以徒手、轻器械和传统体操为主的萌芽阶段,以兵式体操为主的雏形阶段和以徒手、器械体操为主的制度化阶段;动作类型由单一向多元、由军事化向教育化转变,内容衔接由粗略排列向教学进度转变,难度梯度由层次模糊向逐渐具有递进性转变。建议:应有选择地继承国内传统体操,借鉴国外新型体操;综合考虑动作和器械难度的层次,构建和完善体操内容难度体系。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature and history, the paper presents the outline of the contents of the gymnastics textbooks of the end of the Qing Dynasty from three angles of action type, content cohesion and difficulty gradient. The research shows that the evolution of its content has gone through three stages: the embryonic stage with bare hands, light device and traditional gymnastics as the main stage of military gymnastics and the institutionalization stage with bare hands and equipment and gymnastics as the main; the type of action is changed from the single to the multi-element, from the militarization to the educational transformation, The content cohesion is changed from the rough arrangement to the teaching progress, and the difficulty gradient is gradually changed from the level to the gradual. It is suggested that the traditional gymnastics of the country should be selectively inherited, and the new type of gymnastics can be used for reference, and the difficulty system of the gymnastics content should be constructed and perfected in the comprehensive consideration of the action and the level of the device difficulty.
