对我国中小学体育课程改革关键问题的反思与探讨

【摘要】：对我国中小学体育课程改革进行历史梳理和文献研究,对改革中出现的问题进行分析,对"快乐体育""教师的主导地位和学生的主体地位的关系"、教学内容的"土洋之争"、课程目标以及教学理念等问题进行探讨。认为:理论相对实践而言具有一定的滞后性;对中小学体育课程改革取得的成果和经验不应"割裂式"地进行否定,而是应该"修补式"修正,形成合理的控制体系;"顶层设计"和"基层理解与执行"缺乏广泛有效的沟通,影响了改革预期的效果;理论上的不确定性,进一步影响了基层工作的模糊性;从教育理念上看,还存在民族传统文化教化和人性管理不足等问题。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a historical combing and literature study on the reform of physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools in China, analyzes the problems in the reform, and analyzes the relationship between the dominant position of teachers and the main position of students in "Happy physical Education". This paper probes into the dispute between the earth and the foreign countries, the curriculum objectives and the teaching ideas of the teaching content. It is considered that the theory has a certain lag compared with practice, and the achievements and experiences of physical education curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools should not be negated in a "split" way, but should be revised to form a reasonable control system. The lack of extensive and effective communication between "top-level design" and "grass-roots understanding and implementation" has affected the expected effect of the reform, and the theoretical uncertainty has further affected the fuzziness of grass-roots work. From the point of view of educational concept, there are still some problems, such as the education of national traditional culture and the lack of management of human nature.
