课程监控视域下教学研究室系统的研究动态

【摘要】:课程监控可以有效地为基础教育改革服务,而教学研究室作为基础教育改革的一个重要支持系统,对其监控职能却缺乏系统研究。从历史层面来看,"外控型"的教研制度使教学研究室的监控职能重于监督,疏于指导与服务。在课程实施层面,教学研究室通过听评课、教学业务管理、教育教学研究、教研活动四个途径实施监控职责,但在运行过程中却呈现行政化倾向。针对此问题,教学研究室应重新定位为:地方课程研发中心、教学业务的管理者、政策制定的参谋者、教师专业发展的促进者。为了更好地服务于基础教育改革,教学研究室需要建立一个长效的监控机制以保证监控的实施成效。
[Abstract]:Curriculum monitoring can effectively serve the reform of basic education, but as an important support system for the reform of basic education, the teaching research room lacks systematic research on its monitoring function. From the historical point of view, the teaching and research system of "external control" makes the monitoring function of the teaching and research room more important than supervision, neglecting guidance and service. At the level of curriculum implementation, the teaching research room carries out the monitoring responsibility through four ways: listening to and evaluating lessons, teaching business management, educational and teaching research, and teaching and research activities, but presents the tendency of administration in the course of operation. In order to solve this problem, the teaching research room should be repositioned as: the local curriculum research and development center, the manager of teaching business, the staff of policy making, and the promoter of teachers' professional development. In order to better serve the reform of basic education, the teaching research room needs to establish a long-term monitoring mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of the monitoring.
