十堰市城区高中女生在体育课上消极行为表现及成因研究

【摘要】:体育教学是学校体育教育的重要组成部分,而体育课是学校体育教学的载体,是学生在学生时代学习体育的知识技能和养成健身锻炼习惯的重要途径,关注学生在体育课上的各种表现是提高教学质量和保证,尤其是正处在生理和心理发育重要时期的高中女生。本课题针对十堰市城区高中女生体育课上存在的行为表现,探究并分析出现的原因从而为改善十堰市城区高中女生更好地学习体育提出有针对性的对策和建议。本研究以十堰市包括东风高级中学、十堰市一中、十堰市二中、郧阳中学、郧县一中和郧县二中在内的6所城区高中学校共计300名女生和60名体育教师为研究对象,采用文献资料法、访谈法、现场观察法、问卷调查法、和数理统计法等研究方法对十堰市城区高中女生在体育课上的消极行为表现进行了调查和研究,并进一步分析了出现的相关原因,针对问题提出了相关对策和建议,并且得出以下结论:(1)十堰市城区高中女生在体育课上确实存在消极行为并且这种现象不容乐观;(2)十堰市十堰市城区高中女生在体育课上消极行为表现在课堂出勤、着装、集合时的纪律、课堂练习的积极性、课堂中的互动等多方面;(3)十堰市城区高中女生自身方面的因素、学校方面的因素、体育教师方面的因素以及家庭和社会方面的因素致使十堰市城区高中女生在体育课上表现消极;(4)改善十堰市城区高中女生在体育课上消极行为表现的对策。同时提出以下几点建议:(1)体育教师通过多种途径提高十堰市城区高中女生对体育的多种功效的认知,转变女生体育学习观念;(2)开展多种体育活动让女生在体育运动中获得成就感增强自信心和体育学习的积极性;(3)将女生能接受的、动作优美、运动量适中、趣味性和娱乐性强的运动项目引入体育课堂,激发女生的兴趣;(4)教学内容、教学组织形式、教学方法、运动负荷的选择和运用符合高中女生的身心特点;(5)加大场地设施和优秀教师的引进,为女生的体育学习提供充足的物质和人力资源;(6)倡导教学过程中的教学反馈构建师生相互了解、相互交流、共同进步、增进感情的平台等;(7)争取家长对学校体育工作的认同、重视和支持,利用家长的合力做好“家校体育”的衔接工作,共同促进学生的身心健康发展。
[Abstract]:Physical education is an important part of school physical education, and physical education is the carrier of school physical education, and it is an important way for students to learn the knowledge and skills of physical education and form the habit of fitness and exercise. Paying attention to students' various manifestations in physical education is to improve the teaching quality and guarantee, especially the senior high school girls who are in an important period of physiological and psychological development. In view of the behavior of high school girls in physical education class in Shiyan city, this paper probes into and analyzes the causes, so as to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the learning and physical education of senior high school girls in Shiyan city. In this study, a total of 300 girls and 60 physical education teachers from 6 urban high school schools in Shiyan, including Dongfeng High School, Shiyan No. 1 Middle School, Shiyan No. 2 Middle School, Yunyang Middle School, Yunxian No. 1 Middle School and Yunxian No. 2 Middle School, were studied by means of literature, interview, field observation and questionnaire. And mathematical statistics and other research methods to investigate and study the negative behavior of senior high school girls in physical education class in Shiyan city, and further analyze the relevant reasons, put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the problems, and draw the following conclusions: (1) the high school girls in Shiyan city do have negative behavior in physical education class and this phenomenon is not optimistic; (2) the negative behavior of high school girls in physical education in Shiyan city is manifested in classroom attendance, dress, discipline when gathering, enthusiasm of classroom practice, interaction in classroom and so on. (3) the factors of high school girls in Shiyan city, the factors of school, the factors of physical education teachers and the factors of family and society cause the high school girls in Shiyan city to perform negatively in physical education. (4) the countermeasures to improve the negative behavior of high school girls in physical education class in Shiyan city. At the same time, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) physical education teachers can improve the cognition of physical education among senior high school girls in Shiyan city through various ways, and change the concept of girls' sports learning; (2) carry out a variety of sports activities so that girls can gain a sense of achievement in sports and enhance their self-confidence and enthusiasm for physical education learning; (3) introducing the sports items acceptable to female students, such as beautiful movements, moderate amount of exercise, strong interest and entertainment, to stimulate the interest of girls; (4) the choice and application of teaching contents, teaching organization forms, teaching methods, sports load in accordance with the physical and mental characteristics of senior high school girls; (5) increasing the introduction of venues and facilities and excellent teachers to provide sufficient material and human resources for girls' physical education; (6) to advocate the teaching feedback in the teaching process to construct a platform for teachers and students to understand each other, communicate with each other, make common progress and enhance their feelings, etc. (7) strive for parents' recognition of school physical education work, attach importance to and support it, make use of the joint efforts of parents to do a good job of "home-school physical education", and jointly promote the development of students' physical and mental health.
