【摘要】:学员管理工作是反映职业院校办学水平、社会服务能力和塑造职业院校良好社会品牌的重要窗口。但由于职业院校开始大规模承办企业培训学员工作刚刚起步,目前在学员培训管理中实行的多是以规章条例为核心的管理,这种以制度为主导思想的学员培训管理模式越来越不适应当前在质与量上已经大幅度提升的培训工作与学员个性化的需求。针对目前学员培训中存在的问题,根据管理发展进程,分析通过文化管理实现学员自主参与和管理是职业院校在企业学员培训管理中的必然趋势;总结提炼了四川机电职业技术学院承担企业学员培训管理工作中进行文化管理的模式,在分析其成功经验和成果的基础上定义了企业培训学员文化管理的深层内涵及其基本特征,提出职业院校在企业学员培训管理工作中实施文化管理应该从精神、制度、行为和物质等四个主要核心层面建构框架;并建立了一套通过文化核心因子主导的企业学员培训模式。以期通过所建立的文化管理模式引导和调控学员思想,潜移默化的塑造和影响学员行为,使学员自觉地在思想理念上、行动言论上与学院管理要求保持一致。实施文化管理模式既为当前培训管理提供了新的思维模式,同时也为职业院校着力打造具有自身特色的国内一流企业的培训机构提供一种借鉴和参考模式。
[Abstract]:The management of students reflects the educational level occupation colleges, an important window of social service ability and create good social brand occupation colleges. But because the occupation colleges began to undertake the enterprise training work has just started, the current practice in the training of students in management is based on rules and regulations for the management of the core, this system is more and the training of students management the main idea is to model the in quality and quantity has greatly improved the training work and students individual needs. Aiming at the existing problems in the training of students, according to the management of the development process, through the analysis of cultural management students participation and management is the inevitable trend in the enterprise occupation college student training in management; summary from Sichuan Electromechanical Institute of Vocation and Technology undertakes cultural management training management mode of enterprise trainees, in Based on the successful experiences and achievements are defined on the deep connotation of students cultural management of enterprise training and its basic characteristics, the occupation training management institutions in the enterprise culture management trainees should be from the spirit, system, behavior and material such as the four main core level frame construction; and to establish a set of core cultural factors led by the enterprise training mode. In order to culture management model established to guide and control the students' thoughts, subtle shape and influence student behavior, make students consciously in ideas, words and actions of management requirements and consistent. The implementation of cultural management mode for the current training management not only provides a new mode of thinking. At the same time as the occupation colleges training institutions strive to build the domestic first-class enterprise with its own characteristics to provide a reference model.
