城市社区教育信息化发展的前瞻与思考

【摘要】：信息技术的飞速发展,正在日益影响经济社会的各个领域,带来社会形态的深刻变革,成为人类社会发展的新动力。在此背景下,城市在开展社区教育过程中,如何推动信息化发展,需要前瞻的视野和整体的思考。首先,要以城镇化推进与智慧城市建设作为发展之取向,因为城镇化是经济社会发展的必然趋势,智慧城市是城镇化进程的战略选择,教育信息化是智慧城市的重要组成;其次,要以互联网思维与信息技术变革作为发展之支撑,因为互联网思维赋予人们新认知,信息新技术激发社会新活力,"互联网+"增强发展新动力;还有,要以学习型城市建设与社区教育发展作为发展之基础,因为学习型城市建设全面推升,社区教育新格局基本形成,社区教育信息化不断推进。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information technology is increasingly affecting all fields of economy and society, bringing profound changes in social formation and becoming a new motive force for the development of human society. How to promote the development of information technology requires a forward-looking vision and overall thinking. First of all, urbanization and the construction of a wise city should be taken as the orientation of development, because urbanization is an inevitable trend of economic and social development. Intelligent city is the strategic choice of urbanization process, education informatization is an important component of intelligent city, secondly, it should be supported by Internet thinking and information technology reform, because Internet thinking endows people with new cognition. The new information technology stimulates the new vitality of society, and the "Internet" strengthens the new impetus for development. Moreover, the construction of a learning city and the development of community education should be taken as the basis for development, because the construction of a learning city will be promoted in an all-round way. The new pattern of community education has been basically formed, and the informatization of community education has been continuously promoted.
