成都市特殊学校体育师资队伍结构现状调查研究

【摘要】:特殊教育作为我国教育事业的重要内容组成,相比于普通基础教育而言具备一定的复杂性和多变性。对于从事特教事业的体育教师而言,自身不仅要具备一定的专业基础知识和相关的技能,而且在思想意识层面上更要牢固树立爱岗敬业的献身精神。毋庸置疑,良好的特教体育师资队伍建设,对于帮助特教儿童展开康复训练、行为训练,以及更好地适应和融入未来社会,均有着不可忽视的重要促进作用。结合实践来看,成都市特殊教育体育事业由于起步较晚的原因,尤其在教师队伍建设上,其体育师资队伍建设是否合理,将直接关系着成都市特教事业的体育教育教学水平和教学质量,以及该地区未来特教事业的可持续发展。因此,展开相关调查研究具备积极的现实意义。鉴于此,本文通过问卷、访谈等方法就成都市特殊教育学校体育教师队伍建设现状展开调查研究,以成都市目前开展体育教育教学的6所特殊教育学校体育教师为调查研究对象,调研特教学校的体育教师队伍的基本情况,而且还就其体育教师的职业素养和职后培训情况进行调研,并在此基础上,进一步分析了影响特殊体育教师队伍建设的相关因素;最后部分为结论和建议。通过对数据分析,结果结果表明:(1)特殊体育教师数量不足,体育教师学历大多数为非特殊教育专业,专业化程度低,但也存在积极的一面,体育教师学历以本科为主。(2)国家相关法律法规不健全(3)继续教育有待加强,体育教师队伍存在不稳定因素(4)体育专业化程度不足、体育教师对职业认识存在一定偏差等。为此本文进一步提出了相关的建议:(1)立足当前特教事业发展实际,加快建立健全和完善相关的法律法规;(2)充分发挥现代传媒技术的宣传推广作用,进一步吸引全社会加入到关注特教体育教育的行列(3)关注高等教育,加大对特教体育教育专业的建设支持力度(4)加强特教体育教师的继续教育和培训,努力提升其专业水平和技能。本课题研究旨在为成都市特殊学校体育师资队伍建设提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Special education, as an important part of education in our country, has some complexity and variability compared with general basic education. We should not only have certain professional basic knowledge and relevant skills, but also firmly establish the devotion to work hard at the ideological level. There is no doubt that a good team of special education PE teachers should be built. It plays an important role in helping special education children to carry out rehabilitation training, behavioral training and better adaptation and integration into the future society. Due to the late start of special education in Chengdu, especially in the construction of teachers, whether the construction of sports teachers is reasonable or not will directly affect the level of physical education and teaching quality of special education in Chengdu. And the sustainable development of the future special education in this area. Therefore, it is of positive practical significance to carry out the relevant investigation and research. In view of this, this paper adopts the questionnaire, The present situation of physical education teachers' construction in special education schools in Chengdu was investigated by means of interview, and the physical education teachers of 6 special education schools in Chengdu were taken as the objects of investigation. The basic situation of PE teachers in special education schools is investigated, and the professional accomplishment and post-service training of PE teachers are also investigated. On this basis, the related factors affecting the construction of special PE teachers are further analyzed. The last part is the conclusion and suggestion. Through the analysis of the data, the result shows that the number of special PE teachers is not enough, the majority of PE teachers are non-special education majors, the degree of specialization is low, but there is also a positive side. 3) continuing education needs to be strengthened, and there are unstable factors in PE teachers. 4) the degree of physical education specialization is insufficient. Physical education teachers have some deviations about their professional knowledge. Therefore, this paper further puts forward some relevant suggestions: 1) based on the actual development of special education cause at present, Speed up the establishment and perfection of relevant laws and regulations 2) give full play to the role of modern media technology in publicizing and popularizing, and further attract the whole society to join the ranks of paying attention to special education and physical education) and pay attention to higher education. Strengthen the support for the construction of the special education physical education specialty 4) strengthen the continuing education and training of the special education physical education teacher, 4) strengthen the special education physical education teacher's continuing education and the training, The purpose of this study is to provide some references for the construction of PE teachers in special schools in Chengdu.
