英国工程教育专业认证与工程师职业资格衔接机制研究

【摘要】：英国工程教育专业认证和工程师职业资格具有统一的管理机构和相对一致的评价标准。通过规定工程师职业资格注册所需的教育基础,在不同类型和层次的、经过认证的工程专业与工程师职业资格阶梯之间形成了对应的关系。此外,工程师和技术员的注册流程和职业发展路径也进一步强化了认证与职业资格之间的衔接。本文在借鉴英国经验的基础上,提出了构建我国工程教育专业认证与工程师职业资格衔接机制的建议。
[Abstract]:The certification of engineering education and the professional qualification of engineers in the UK have a unified management body and relatively consistent evaluation criteria.By specifying the educational basis required for the registration of the engineer's professional qualifications, a corresponding relationship is formed between the different types and levels of certified engineering majors and the engineer's professional qualification ladder.In addition, the registration process and career path of engineers and technicians further strengthen the link between certification and professional qualifications.Based on the experience of Britain, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to build up the linking mechanism of engineering education professional certification and engineer professional qualification.
