流程再造理论在成人高等院校精细化管理中的应用

【摘要】：当前,我国成人高等院校由于各方面原因,在管理方面均存在着各类问题。这些问题的存在与成人高等院校的管理体制有着密切的联系。要想改变现状,就需要对成人高等院校管理机制进行全面变革。而流程再造理论则是专门针对某一管理机制运行机能存在的问题提出的解决策略,因而我们有必要尝试将这一理论运用到成人高等院校管理机制中并进行积极的探索,以促进成人高等院校管理由粗放化到精细化的转变。
[Abstract]:At present, there are all kinds of problems in the management of adult colleges and universities in our country. The existence of these problems is closely related to the management system of adult colleges and universities. In order to change the present situation, it is necessary to reform the management mechanism of adult colleges and universities. However, the theory of process reengineering is a special solution to the problems existing in the running function of a certain management mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary for us to try to apply this theory to the management mechanism of adult colleges and universities and make active exploration. In order to promote adult institutions of higher learning management from extensive to refined transformation.
