返乡农民工自主创业培训的成人教育策略

【摘要】：农民工返乡潮已经成为现如今的热门话题,那么如何解决其返乡后的就业问题就显得刻不容缓。目前,我国拥有大量返乡农民工,如何解决农民工返乡后的就业问题,自主创业就是良好的选择。但是,创业需要有一定的文化基础或者专业技能,这就需要结合返乡农民工自身的优点和特长,对其进行培训和再教育,提高农民工的素质和创业成功的概率。
[Abstract]:The tide of migrant workers returning home has become a hot topic nowadays, so how to solve the problem of employment after returning home is urgent. At present, our country has a large number of migrant workers returning home, how to solve the employment problem of migrant workers after returning home, self-employment is a good choice. However, entrepreneurship needs to have a certain cultural foundation or professional skills, which needs to combine their own strengths and strengths, training and re-education, to improve the quality of migrant workers and the probability of success.
