自主学习理念下民族社区教育发展研究

【摘要】:自主学习理论为民族社区教育的发展拓宽了思考的空间。高校继续教育机构在发展民族社区教育时,秉持自主学习理念,从自主学习的内在动机出发,民族社区教育发展的方向和目标应该与特定社区、特定族群的学习需求结合起来;从自主学习的关联性出发,民族社区教育发展以更加合理的方略,帮助民族社区居民提升个人素质;依据自主学习中对学习者主体性的强调,民族社区教育发展应设法强化民族社区内学习者的学习能力,使教育者、教育资源及学习者之间达到有效对接。最终实现民族社区教育提高社区成员素质和生活质量、促进民族地区和谐发展的目的。
[Abstract]:The theory of autonomous learning broadens the thinking space for the development of ethnic community education. When continuing education institutions in colleges and universities develop education in ethnic communities, they should adhere to the concept of autonomous learning and proceed from the intrinsic motivation of autonomous learning. The direction and goal of the development of education in ethnic communities should be combined with the learning needs of specific communities and specific ethnic groups. Starting from the relevance of autonomous learning, the development of education in ethnic communities can help the residents of ethnic communities to improve their personal quality, according to the emphasis on learners' subjectivity in autonomous learning. The development of education in the ethnic community should try to strengthen the learning ability of the learners in the ethnic community so as to achieve an effective docking among the educators, educational resources and learners. Finally, the purpose of improving the quality of community members and quality of life and promoting the harmonious development of ethnic areas is realized.
