我国学分银行研究现状分析：知识图谱的视角

【摘要】：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》(2010-2020年)指出:“到2020年,基本实现教育现代化,基本形成学习型社会,进入人力资源强国行列。”“搭建终身学习‘立交桥’,促进各级各类教育纵向衔接、横向沟通,提供多次选择机会,满足个人多样化的学习和发展需要。健全宽进严出的学习制度,办好开放大学,改革和完善高等教育自学考试制度。建立继续教育学分积累与转换制度,实现不同类型学习成果的互认和衔接。”学分银行,作为一种新型的教育管理模式,也被称作终身学习“立交桥”,是终身教育体系构建和学习型社会建设的重要制度保证和技术支撑。学分银行本质上是学习成果认证、积累与转换的体系,其核心部分又称为资历框架或者资格框架,是在科学学习评价和质量保障体系下对各级各类学习成果的积累和互认,为学习者提供更加灵活的学习途径。学分银行是促进学习型社会建设的重要路径。本研究以2003-2016年期间CNKI数据库中有关学分银行的文献为数据来源,运用文献研究、文献计量、内容分析、聚类分析和社会网络分析法,主要运用Excel进行文献统计分析,以CiteSpace可视化软件作为生成知识图谱的工具,对学分银行领域研究的“出版年限、知识主体、研究热点和研究前沿”等方面进行了可视化分析,揭示了我国学分银行的研究现状及其发展走势,并在此基础上为国内学分银行研究提出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:The outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020) points out: "by 2020, we will basically realize the modernization of education, basically form a learning society, and enter the ranks of strong human resources countries." "to build a life-long learning overpass, to promote vertical convergence, horizontal communication and multiple choices to meet the diverse learning and development needs of individuals at all levels and types of education. We will improve the study system of wide entry and strict output, run open universities, and reform and improve the system of self-study examinations in higher education. Establish the system of credit accumulation and conversion in continuing education, and realize the mutual recognition and convergence of different types of learning achievements. " Credit Bank, as a new educational management mode, is also called the "overpass" of lifelong learning, which is an important institutional guarantee and technical support for the construction of lifelong education system and the construction of learning-oriented society. Credit Bank is essentially a system of certification, accumulation and conversion of learning results, the core of which is also called the qualification framework or qualification framework, which is the accumulation and mutual recognition of all kinds of learning achievements at all levels under the scientific learning evaluation and quality assurance system. To provide learners with a more flexible approach to learning. Credit Bank is an important way to promote the construction of learning society. In this study, the literature about credit bank in CNKI database from 2003 to 2016 was used as the data source, literature research, literature metrology, content analysis, cluster analysis and social network analysis were used, and Excel was mainly used for literature statistical analysis. By using CiteSpace visualization software as a tool to generate knowledge maps, this paper makes a visual analysis of publishing years, knowledge subjects, research hotspots and research frontiers in the field of credit banking. This paper reveals the present research situation and development trend of credit bank in China, and puts forward some suggestions for the research of credit bank in China.
