京津冀协同发展背景下开放大学系统协同发展探析

【摘要】：京津冀协同发展是经济新常态下的重大国家战略,开放大学系统作为三地协同发展战略的重要组成部分,面临重要的发展机遇,但也存在诸多体制机制的问题和困难,制约了协同发展,难以支撑区域功能定位和产业转移发展,需要加强顶层设计,深化体制机制改革,建设新体系,提升发展质量和内涵,形成办学特色。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is an important national strategy under the new normal state of economy. As an important part of the coordinated development strategy of the three places, the open university system faces important development opportunities, but there are also many problems and difficulties in the system and mechanism. It is difficult to support the regional function orientation and industry transfer development. It is necessary to strengthen the top-level design, deepen the reform of the system and mechanism, build a new system, improve the quality and connotation of development, and form the characteristics of running a school.
