社会工作介入家教活动的个案研究

【摘要】：家教现象是社会上一种普遍现象。家长对子女需求的不合理界定,家教市场混乱,辅导方式偏向单向性教学,无法分析特殊问题和满足特殊需求,这是家教活动普遍存在的现状。而对家教的研究则存在边缘化,缺乏多学科性分析,研究不深入的问题。社会工作介入家教活动是家教和社会工作领域新拓展,可以对受教对象成长过程中遇到的困境进行多方位因素分析和界定,制定计划并有目标性、步骤性地进行解决。这是一种创新性的家教方式,适应受教对象健康成长,全面发展需求的要求。本文基于家教活动的现状及问题,以社会工作视角介入家教活动,通过个案研究的方法,运用心理社会治疗法和叙事治疗法结合介入个案阐明社会工作介入家教活动的必要性与可能性,说明社会工作介入家教活动如何操作化,进而探讨社会工作介入的优势特征、成效与反思,以期通过本研究推动更好地应对家教活动中的问题以及对社会工作介入家教活动的重视、运用和推广。本研究表明：一是社会工作有必要介入家教活动,这是满足家教对象需求,使显性与隐性需求相统一的要求；是解决家教对象问题,采用多种介入方法的要求；是关注家教对象长远发展,促进健康成长的要求。二是社会工作介入家教活动具有可行性,在运用心理社会治疗法和叙事治疗法对本家教个案的具体介入操作化过程中体现出来。三是心理社会治疗与叙事治疗法的有机结合模式符合个案需求,改善了个案境况,是对社会工作理论与方法的探索及有效尝试。四是社会工作介入家教活动具有明显的特征,体现在理念视角的发展性,需求分析的针对性,目标制定的有效性,方法选用的合理性,评估测量的实效性方面。五是社会工作介入家教活动在理论与实践方面都具有较好的成效,但也存在进一步讨论的地方,需要加以重视,推动对其深入研究。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of family education is a common phenomenon in society. Parents' unreasonable definition of their children's needs, the confusion of the tutoring market, the tendency of the guidance mode to one-way teaching, the inability to analyze the special problems and meet the special needs, are the present situation of the general existence of the tutoring activities. On the other hand, the research on family education is marginalized, lacking of multi-disciplinary analysis and not thorough research. The involvement of social work in the family education activities is a new development in the field of family education and social work. It can analyze and define the difficulties encountered in the process of the growing up of the students, make a plan and solve them step by step. This is an innovative form of family education to meet the needs of healthy growth and overall development of educational objects. Based on the current situation and problems of the family education activities, this paper takes a social work perspective to intervene in the family education activities, and through the method of case study, Using psycho-social therapy and narrative therapy combined with intervention cases to clarify the necessity and possibility of social work intervention in family education activities, to explain how social work intervention in family education activities is operationalized, and then to explore the advantages of social work intervention. The purpose of this study is to promote the better response to the problems in the family education activities and the importance, application and promotion of social work intervention in the family education activities. The research shows that: first, it is necessary for social work to intervene in the tutoring activities, which is the requirement to meet the needs of the tutor, to unify the explicit and recessive needs, to solve the problems of the tutor, and to adopt a variety of intervention methods. Is concerned about the long-term development of family education, to promote healthy growth requirements. Secondly, it is feasible for social work to intervene in the tutoring activities, which is embodied in the process of using psycho-social therapy and narrative therapy to intervene in the tutoring cases. Third, the organic combination of psycho-social therapy and narrative therapy meets the needs of individual cases, improves the situation of individual cases, and is an effective attempt to explore the theory and methods of social work. The fourth is that social work involvement in family education activities has obvious characteristics, which is reflected in the development of concept perspective, the pertinence of demand analysis, the effectiveness of goal formulation, the rationality of method selection, and the evaluation of measurement effectiveness. Fifth, the intervention of social work in family education activities has good results in both theory and practice, but there are still some points for further discussion, which need to be paid more attention to and promote further research.
