供给侧结构性改革背景下高校非学历继续教育的基本趋向探析——以地方行业性高校为例

【摘要】:地方行业性高校的非学历继续教育,作为高校服务行业和社会的重要途径,发展态势必然与所依托的行业息息相关。高校非学历继续教育,应该积极应对挑战,寻找机遇,强化服务。从供给侧结构性改革的视角看,地方行业性高校非学历继续教育的发展定向是:准确定位,错位发展;强化核心培训项目;搭建培训合作平台;重视信息技术应用;注重增强社会效益。受供给侧结构性改革启发,高校非学历继续教育可在三方面着重发力:加强非学历继续教育项目和课程的有效供给;加强平台和载体建设,提升非学历继续教育的需求与供给的适应性;重视高校继续教育的创新发展。
[Abstract]:As an important way for colleges and universities to serve the industry and society, the non-academic continuing education in local industrial colleges and universities is bound to be closely related to the industries they rely on. Colleges and universities should actively face the challenge, seek opportunities and strengthen service. From the perspective of supply-side structural reform, the development orientation of non-academic continuing education in local industrial colleges and universities is: accurate positioning, dislocation development, strengthening core training projects, building training cooperation platform, attaching importance to the application of information technology; Focus on enhancing social benefits. Inspired by the supply-side structural reform, non-academic continuing education in colleges and universities can focus on three aspects: strengthening the effective supply of non-academic continuing education projects and courses; Strengthen the construction of platform and carrier, enhance the adaptability of demand and supply of non-academic continuing education, and attach importance to the innovation and development of continuing education in colleges and universities.
