系统论视域下成人教育课程改革的原则与路径

【摘要】：成人教育对于国家经济社会的健康发展,对于国家是否拥有足以应对新世纪生产活动需要的合格劳动力具有不言而喻的重要性。而课程的遴选与安排、实施等则在成人教育中处于核心位置,是改革的重中之重。系统论视域下成人教育课程改革应本着以成人为本、适应社会发展和全球化三大原则,通过走成人主体性道路、从阶段性到终生性、参与者合理分配相互合作、在空间上共生合作等路径实现成人教育事业新突破。
[Abstract]:Adult education is of great importance to the healthy development of national economy and society and to whether the country has enough qualified labor force to meet the needs of production activities in the new century. The selection, arrangement and implementation of the curriculum are at the core of adult education and are the most important part of the reform. The adult education curriculum reform under the system theory should be based on the three principles of adult oriented, adapting to the three principles of social development and globalization, and by taking the road of adult subjectivity, from the stage to the lifetime, the participants should reasonably distribute and cooperate with each other. In space symbiotic cooperation and other paths to achieve a new breakthrough in adult education.
