太钢网络教育培训系统建设研究

【摘要】:网络教育培训(E-Learning),是主要通过先进的网络技术进行的学习与教学活动,它充分利用现代信息技术所提供的、具有全新沟通机制与丰富资源的学习环境,实现一种全新的学习方式。它以网络为基础、消除了空间时间的障碍,可以个性化的提供培训服务,并且具有极大化的交互作用,以开放式的学习空间带来前所未有的学习体验。 太钢网络教育培训系统(E-Learning)的建设可以丰富教学培训手段、提升培训教学质量、健全培训评估体系,有效地拓展延伸ERP系统中人力资源管理中的培训管理功能,为人力资源管理提供诸多详尽、真实的基础数据。网络教育培训系统将成为员工的最佳学习园地,培训流程管理体系的必要载体,企业人力资源管理的助手,企业知识共享的主要平台和创建学习型企业的重要支撑手段。 本文围绕网络教育理论在企业中的创新运用和网络教育培训系统建设管控两条主线,主要从太钢网络教育培训系统建设,太钢网络教育培训管理方法创新,太钢网络学习功能服务创新角度进行研究。提出了变革太钢教育培训方式和提升教育培训业务管理水平的方法和途径。就建设太钢网络教育培训系统制定了建设和实施方案。在现场调研的基础上,以太钢网络教育培训系统的需求分析、结构设计、系统实现为主线,从系统结构、硬件设备、网络结构、功能模块、实施风险管控、投资效益分析等各个环节进行了分析和论证,认为实施太钢网络教育培训系统建设是可行的,有效的。
[Abstract]:Network education and training (E-Learning) is a kind of learning and teaching activity, which is mainly carried out through advanced network technology. It makes full use of the learning environment provided by modern information technology, which has a new communication mechanism and rich resources, and realizes a new way of learning. It is based on the network, eliminates the obstacles of space and time, can provide personalized training services, and has a maximum interaction, with an open learning space to bring unprecedented learning experience. The construction of network education and training system (E-Learning) in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd can enrich teaching and training means, improve the quality of training and teaching, improve the training evaluation system, effectively expand and extend the training management function in human resource management in ERP system, and provide a lot of detailed and real basic data for human resource management. The network education and training system will become the best learning garden for employees, the necessary carrier of training process management system, the assistant of enterprise human resource management, the main platform of enterprise knowledge sharing and the important supporting means of establishing learning enterprise. This paper focuses on the innovative application of network education theory in enterprises and the construction and control of network education and training system, mainly from the perspective of the construction of network education and training system in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the innovation of network education and training management methods in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and the innovation of network learning function service in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. This paper puts forward some methods and ways to reform the education and training mode and improve the management level of education and training business in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The construction and implementation plan for the construction of network education and training system in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. On the basis of field investigation, taking the demand analysis, structure design and system realization of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Network education and training system as the main line, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the system structure, hardware equipment, network structure, function module, risk control, investment benefit analysis and so on. It is considered that it is feasible and effective to carry out the construction of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Network education and training system.
