开放教育学生评价的再思考

【摘要】:教育部《关于办好开放大学的意见》指出,要"对学校人才培养质量开展多种形式评价"。开放教育学生评价,既是教育教学的重要环节,也是教学改革不可回避的问题。从评价目的、评价对象、评价主体、评价内容、评价方式以及评价之后等问题对开放教育学生评价进行再思考,认为评价目的要回归教育目标;被评价对象是一个矛盾的综合体;评价应邀请教师、同学、自己以及社会作为评价主体;兼顾专业知识与通识知识、专业技能与社会技能、合格公民素养等评价内容;评价要贯穿全过程,注重质性与量化的结合,并且有效利用信息化技术;评价之后要建立反馈、追踪、改革机制,以期为教学改革、学校转型发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:The opinion of the Ministry of Education on running an Open University points out that it is necessary to "evaluate the quality of talent training in schools in various forms." The evaluation of students in open education is not only an important link in education and teaching, but also an unavoidable problem in teaching reform. This paper rethinks the evaluation of students in open education from the aspects of evaluation purpose, evaluation object, evaluation subject, evaluation content, evaluation method and after evaluation, and holds that the evaluation purpose should return to the educational goal; the evaluated object is a contradictory synthesis; the evaluation should invite teachers, classmates, themselves and society as the main body of evaluation. Taking into account professional knowledge and general knowledge, professional skills and social skills, qualified citizen literacy and other evaluation contents; evaluation should run through the whole process, pay attention to the combination of qualitative and quantitative, and effective use of information technology; after evaluation, we should establish feedback, tracking, reform mechanism, in order to provide reference for teaching reform and school transformation and development.
