乌鲁木齐市内初班师生冲突的研究

【摘要】:为了加大新疆少数民族人才培养的力度,充分发挥疆内优势教育资源,自2004年始,国家仿照内地新疆高中班的办班模式开设新疆区内初中班(以下简称内初班),以推进新疆少数民族人才发展。教师与学生的互动关系既有和谐与配合的一面,也存在分歧与冲突的一面,对于内初班来说,师生冲突不仅仅影响了教学工作的进展程度和质量,甚至关系到民族团结。因此,通过学习和查阅国内外关于师生冲突的文本材料,初步了解目前师生冲突研究的状况,在此基础上运用事件取样观察法对内初班师生冲突的现象进行观察,旨在了解内初班师生冲突的现状,探究引起师生冲突的缘由,以此探寻缓解师生冲突的有效方法,为内初班学校的管理以及维护良好的师生关系提供理论支持和实践指导。本研究通过对内初班师生冲突的现象进行观察,了解内初班师生冲突的频率、师生冲突的发生场景、师生冲突对内初班师生的影响。据此分析内初班师生冲突的普遍原因是教师忽视学生的主体性、师生间话语体系和话语权的不对等、师生行为失范。而内初班师生冲突的特殊原因是忽视内初班学生的特点、内初班学生存在语言转换障碍、内初班师生之间文化背景差异。通过以上原因分析,本研究从学校、教师和学生层面分别提出相对应的对策和建议。总之,在教育教学活动中,内初班师生冲突的现象是千变万化的,我们不可能找到一种普遍适用的冲突化解策略。教师在具体运用时,还需要根据不同的学生、不同的情况选择不同的策略,形成自己的冲突管理风格,最重要的是教师和学生应该正确认识师生冲突,明确师生冲突在一定范围内是有积极作用的,只有充分利用师生冲突的积极意义,才能更进一步地维护良好的师生关系。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the training of minority talents in Xinjiang and give full play to the dominant educational resources in Xinjiang, since 2004, the state has set up junior middle school classes in Xinjiang (hereinafter referred to as the primary classes) in Xinjiang, in order to promote the development of minority talents in Xinjiang. The interaction between teachers and students has not only harmony and cooperation, but also differences and conflicts. For the internal and primary classes, the conflict between teachers and students not only affects the progress and quality of teaching work, but also related to national unity. Therefore, by studying and consulting the text materials on teacher-student conflict at home and abroad, this paper preliminarily understands the current situation of teacher-student conflict research, and on this basis, uses the event sampling observation method to observe the phenomenon of teacher-student conflict in primary class, in order to understand the present situation of teacher-student conflict in the primary class, and to explore the causes of teacher-student conflict, so as to explore the effective methods to alleviate the conflict between teachers and students. It provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the management of internal primary school and the maintenance of good teacher-student relationship. Through the observation of the conflict between teachers and students in the internal primary class, this study understands the frequency of the conflict between teachers and students in the primary class, the occurrence scene of the conflict between teachers and students, and the influence of the conflict between teachers and students on the teachers and students in the primary class. Based on this, the common reasons for the conflict between teachers and students in the primary class are that teachers ignore the subjectivity of students, the unequal discourse system and discourse power between teachers and students, and the abnormal behavior of teachers and students. However, the special reason for the conflict between teachers and students in the inner primary class is the neglect of the characteristics of the inner primary class, the language conversion obstacles and the cultural background differences between the inner and junior high school students. Through the analysis of the above reasons, this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the school, teacher and student level. In a word, in the educational and teaching activities, the phenomenon of conflict between teachers and students in the internal and primary classes is ever-changing, so we can not find a generally applicable conflict resolution strategy. When teachers use it concretely, they also need to choose different strategies according to different students and different situations to form their own conflict management style. the most important thing is that teachers and students should correctly understand the conflict between teachers and students, and make it clear that teacher-student conflict plays a positive role in a certain range. Only by making full use of the positive significance of teacher-student conflict can we further maintain a good teacher-student relationship.
