对外汉语初级班新手教师与学生互动的初步考察

【摘要】:近十几年来,对外汉语教学发展迅速,无论在学习人数、教学规模还是在师资队伍、教材编写等方面,都上了一个新台阶。对外汉语教学的研究直接关系到我国的对外政治、经济、文化交流和改革开放事业的发展。从所教内容上看对外汉语教学是一种汉语教学,从教学对象来看是一种外语教学。作为一种外语教学,课堂教学是外语教学中一个非常重要的环节。在语言教学和语言学习中,课堂教学本身值得被重点关注,教师和学生的课堂行为值得被重点研究。大量关于外语教学大纲、教材、教学法等方面的研究只有通过课堂教学这一实际过程才能得以体现和实现。对外汉语新手教师是教师队伍的先锋,也是教学领域的后备军。对对外汉语新手教师与学生互动的初步考察研究,分析新手教师在初级班汉语教学中存在的问题,为今后新手教师的培训和新手教师能更早更快的进入教师角色,,更好的开展汉语教学提供一定的依据和参考。 因此,本文选取初级班新手教师与学生互动作为切入点,通过分析初级班新手教师与学生互动的课堂录音和新手教师的访谈笔录,探究如何将课堂中的言语技能训练和语言知识的讲授合理的进行安排,确定哪些因素会对课堂交互活动产生影响,如何能在一定程度上提升初级班学生的学习效率和教师的教学成效。为今后培训对外汉语新手教师和新手教师自我教学技能的提升提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language has developed rapidly, whether in the number of students, teaching scale, teaching staff, textbook compilation and so on. The research of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is directly related to the development of foreign politics, economy, cultural exchange and reform and opening up in China. From the content of teaching, teaching Chinese as a foreign language is a kind of Chinese teaching. As a foreign language teaching, classroom teaching is a very important link in foreign language teaching. The classroom behavior of teachers and students is worth studying. A large number of foreign language teaching syllabuses, teaching materials. The research of teaching method and other aspects can only be realized through the actual process of classroom teaching. The novice teachers of Chinese as a foreign language are the pioneer of the teaching team. It is also the reserve force in the field of teaching. The preliminary investigation and research on the interaction between novice teachers and students in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language analyzes the problems of novice teachers in Chinese teaching in junior classes. For the future training of novice teachers and novice teachers can enter the role of teachers sooner and faster, a better development of Chinese language teaching to provide a certain basis and reference. Therefore, this paper selects the novice teacher and student interaction as the starting point, through the analysis of the junior class novice teacher and student interaction between the classroom recording and novice teacher interview notes. Explore how to arrange the training of language skills and the teaching of language knowledge in class and determine which factors will affect the classroom interaction. How to improve the learning efficiency of junior students and the teaching effectiveness of teachers to a certain extent, and provide some reference for the future training of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language novice and novice teachers' self-teaching skills.
