中亚五国孔子学院建设现状及问题分析

【摘要】：孔子学院是当前中国文化对外传播的重大项目,孔子学院是以中外合作共建为主要方式建立的文化机构,主要是致力于满足全世界世人民对汉语学习的需要,增进全世界人民对汉语言文化的认识与了解,加强中国与世界其他国家教育文化的合作与交流,发展中国对外友好交流,促进世界文化的多元化发展,有利于构建和谐世界。从文化传播角度看,孔子学院带着中国文化中的优秀因子一起走出国门,给国际社会多维角度了解中国、了解中国文化的机会;从外交战略角度看,一国文化的传播是国家软实力提升的重要途径,孔子学院的建立和发展与我国外交战略目标高度一致。中亚五国即土库曼斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、哈萨克斯坦。中亚地区有着自身独特的政治地缘优势。中亚地处亚欧大陆的结合处,是推动全球经济发展的重要环节,中亚以其自然资源、经济构成等方面的特性与欧塔大陆组成了一个不可分割的整体。中亚是我国的战略边疆邻国,对我国的地区稳定、民族、和睦、边境安全、能源通道、西部地区的发展都有着十分重要的战略意义。尤其是在“一带一路”建设提出后,孔子学院作为中国软实力的重要标志,对于中国更好的推广“一带一路”建设,塑造良好的负责任的大国形象具有重要意义。经过近些年的建设与发展,孔子学院在中亚五国的建设与发展已取得了突破性的成绩,但同时也存在很多问题急需解决。通过对中亚五国孔子学院的建设现状和存在问题的分析与认识,使我们能及时地调整相关政策,促使中亚孔子学院向着更加健康的方向发展,进而更好的促进中亚地区和谐相处,并为中国与中亚五国长久稳定的交往奠定基础。
[Abstract]:Confucius Institute is a major project of Chinese culture spreading to the outside world. Confucius Institute is a cultural institution established mainly by Chinese and foreign cooperation. It is mainly devoted to meeting the needs of the world people in the world for learning Chinese. To promote the understanding and understanding of Chinese language and culture, to strengthen the cooperation and exchange between China and other countries in education and culture, to develop China's friendly exchanges with foreign countries, to promote the pluralistic development of world culture, and to build a harmonious world. From the perspective of cultural transmission, Confucius Institutes go abroad with outstanding elements of Chinese culture to give the international community a multidimensional understanding of China and an opportunity to understand Chinese culture; from a diplomatic strategic point of view, The spread of a country's culture is an important way to promote the national soft power, and the establishment and development of Confucius Institute is highly consistent with the strategic goal of our country's diplomacy. Five Central Asian countries, namely Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan. Central Asia has its own unique political and geographical advantages. Central Asia is located in the confluence of Eurasia, which is an important link to promote the development of global economy. With its characteristics of natural resources and economic composition, Central Asia forms an inseparable whole with the continent of Europe. Central Asia is our country's strategic border neighboring country, which has very important strategic significance for the regional stability, national harmony, border security, energy channel and the development of the western region of our country. Especially after the construction of "Belt and Road" was put forward, as an important symbol of China's soft power, the Confucius Institute is of great significance for China to better promote the construction of "Belt and Road" and to create a good image of a responsible big country. After the construction and development of Confucius Institute in recent years, the construction and development of Confucius Institute in the five countries of Central Asia has made breakthrough achievements, but there are many problems that need to be solved at the same time. Through the analysis and understanding of the present situation and existing problems in the construction of Confucius Institutes in the five Central Asian countries, we can adjust the relevant policies in time and promote the development of Confucius Institutes in Central Asia towards a more healthy direction. Further better promote the Central Asian region to live in harmony, and for China and the five Central Asian countries long-term and stable exchanges laid the foundation.
