评《对外汉语教学发展概要》

【摘要】：正吕必松教授新作《对外汉语教学发展概要》(以下简称《概要》)是一本很有价值的史论专著。其特点是以史带论;其价值在论不在史。《概要》站在世界语言教学发展总趋势这一高度,力求用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的方法,通过丰富而翔实的材料,进行分析、比较、研究、论述,从而科学地总结了我国对外汉语教学40年的宝贵经验,无论对当前的教学实践和未来事业的发展都具有指导意义。以下,从三个方面分析一下《概要》的成就。一、历史阶段的划分对外汉语教学既是一项民族事业,又是一个专门学科。40年来,它在两股力量的推动下迅速发展。作为一项事业,它得到国家的支持,随着我国国际地位的不断提高,国力的日渐增强,特别是改革、开放政策的实施而突飞猛进;作为一门学科,它从国内外语言教学理论以及相关学科的研究成果中汲取养分,茁壮成长。《概要》正是基于这一认识划分出几个
[Abstract]:Zheng Lv Bisong's new book outline of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign language (hereinafter referred to as outline) is a valuable monographs on history. It is characterized by historical belt theory; its value lies in whether the theory is in history or not. Standing at the height of the general trend of the development of language teaching in the world, the author tries to use the methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism to make an analysis through rich and informative materials. By comparing, studying and discussing, the author scientifically summarizes the valuable experience of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in our country for 40 years, which is of guiding significance to the current teaching practice and the development of the future cause. Below, analyze the achievements of the outline from three aspects. First, the division of historical stages of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is not only a national cause, but also a specialized subject. As a cause, it has received the support of the state. With the continuous improvement of our international status and the increasing strength of our country, especially the reform and the implementation of the open policy, it has advanced by leaps and bounds; as a discipline, It draws nutrients from the theories of language teaching at home and abroad as well as the research results of related disciplines and thrives.
