我国高校学分制改革的理性反思

【摘要】：学分制改革通过有效的资源协调保证人才培养质量,是高等教育大众化下缓解教学资源供需矛盾的必然选择,对完善大学治理结构具有重要意义。目前我国学分制改革在引入市场竞争机制、保障弹性管理和鼓励创新学习等方面进行了有益尝试,但囿于社会调节机制不到位、高校办学自主权难以保障及教学资源短缺等内外变革环境的制约,一定程度上影响了我国高校学分制改革的整体进程,内外部制约因素需要引起重视。
[Abstract]:Credit system reform through effective coordination of resources to ensure the quality of talent training is the inevitable choice to ease the contradiction between the supply and demand of teaching resources under the popularization of higher education. It is of great significance to perfect the university governance structure. At present, the credit system reform in our country has carried on the beneficial attempt in introducing the market competition mechanism, guaranteeing the flexibility management and encouraging the innovation study. However, due to the social adjustment mechanism is not in place, it is difficult to ensure the autonomy of colleges and universities, and the shortage of teaching resources and other internal and external changes of the environment constraints, to a certain extent, affect the overall process of credit system reform in colleges and universities in China. Internal and external constraints need to be taken seriously.
