【摘要】：大学生正处在发展的关键期,他们不断思索、抉择、探索,而又充满迷茫、困惑,容易产生这样那样的问题。虽然目前高校普遍设有心理健康中心,可以从心理层面教会学生宣泄情绪、自我调适,但并不能从根本上解决学生面临的实质性问题。为了服务学生成长,推动高等教育人才培养,本文对大学生思想政治教育方法的创新发展进行了探索,提出大学生咨询辅导是解决学生发展中遇到的现实问题、促进学生成长的一种有效途径。本文首先对大学生咨询辅导的内涵进行了研究,并在此基础上提出大学咨询辅导具有发展性、人文关怀性、平等性、对话性、专业性等特点,进而指出大学生咨询辅导对于大学生大学生成长、高校教育管理和思想政治教育方法发展的独特价值,即高校思想政治教育引入大学生咨询辅导的必要性。接着,围绕学生的生活内容,讨论了大学生咨询辅导的主要类型,即大学生咨询辅导的适用范围,应当包括学业咨询辅导、人际关系咨询辅导、职业发展咨询辅导、日常生活辅导、恋爱婚姻咨询辅导、心理健康咨询辅导、成功成才咨询辅导、特殊需要群体咨询辅导等方面。文章的第三、四部分,试图从方法体系建构的角度探索大学生咨询辅导的原则方法和具体方法。其中第三部分,指出了开展大学生咨询辅导应当坚持的原则,包括主体性原则、互动原则、疏导性原则、服务性原则和发展性原则。第四部分提出了开展大学生咨询辅导可以采取的基本方法,包括个别咨询法、团体辅导法和网络咨询辅导法,并指出了每种方法所包含的具体操作方法。
[Abstract]:College students are in a critical period of development, they continue to think, choose, explore, but also full of confusion, confusion, easy to produce such problems. Can teach students from the psychological level to vent their emotions, self-adjustment, but can not fundamentally solve the substantive problems faced by students. In order to serve the growth of students, promote the cultivation of talents in higher education. This paper explores the innovative development of college students' ideological and political education methods, and points out that college students' consultation and guidance is the solution to the practical problems encountered in the students' development. This paper first studies the connotation of college students' counseling and guidance, and on the basis of this, puts forward that college counseling has developmental, humanistic care, equality and dialogue. Then it points out the unique value of college students' consultation and guidance to the development of college students' growth, college education management and ideological and political education methods. That is to say, the necessity of introducing college students' counseling to ideological and political education. Then, the paper discusses the main types of college students' counseling and guidance, that is, the scope of application of college students' consultation and guidance around the content of students' life. It should include academic counseling, interpersonal relationship counseling, career development counseling, daily life counseling, love and marriage counseling, mental health counseling, successful counseling. The third and fourth parts of the article try to explore the principles and methods of college students counseling from the point of view of the construction of the method system. The third part is the third part. The author points out the principles that should be adhered to in the development of counseling for college students, including the principle of subjectivity, the principle of interaction and the principle of guidance. Part 4th puts forward the basic methods that can be taken to carry out the counseling of college students, including individual counseling, group counseling and network counseling. The specific operation methods included in each method are also pointed out.
