国内外新兴教师教育模式及对我国教师教育改革的启示

【摘要】：当前,国内外新兴教师教育模式主要有雪顿教师专业发展的体验模式、改造取向下的新加坡教师教育模式、美国临床实践型教师教育模式、"G-U-S"教师教育协同创新模式、苏格兰全纳教师培养策略,这些教师教育模式对我国教师教育改革的启示有:转变教师教育机构的办学方向及传统二元对立的教育教学观;搭建教师教育合作共同体,加强高校教师教育培训机构、地方政府以及中小学校的沟通及协作;注重实践取向的教师教育,延长实习期,让现场实践成为教师的生活方式;丰富教师的专业知识,提升教师的专业能力,健全教师的专业情意。
[Abstract]:At present, the emerging teacher education model at home and abroad mainly includes the experience mode of Schedon teacher professional development, the Singapore teacher education model under the transformation orientation, and the clinical practice teacher education model of the United States. "G-U-S" teacher education collaborative innovation model, Scottish inclusive teacher training strategy. The enlightenment of these teacher education models to the reform of teacher education in our country is as follows: changing the direction of running a school of teacher education institutions and the traditional dual opposite view of education and teaching; To build a cooperative community of teachers' education and strengthen the communication and cooperation among teachers' education and training institutions, local governments and primary and secondary schools; Pay attention to the practice oriented teacher education, prolong the practice period, let the field practice become the teacher's life style; Enrich teachers' professional knowledge, enhance teachers' professional ability and improve teachers' professional feelings.
