学科基础课课程组建设的组织与实施

【摘要】:在高校学科基础课的教学中,普遍存在着不同教师的授课水平差异较大、不同课堂的教学内容不够统一、不同课堂的教学方法差异明显等问题,导致学科基础课教学效果欠佳。课程组由讲授同一门课程的多位教师组成教学团队,建立沟通机制,增进教师之间的传、帮、带;规范教学内容,统一教学进度;改进教学方法,提升授课水平,大幅度改进学科基础课的教学效果。学科基础课课程组建设的组织与实施是一个复杂的系统工程,需要学校、学院、教师等多个层面的利益主体积极参与、密切配合。
[Abstract]:In the teaching of basic courses in colleges and universities, there are many problems, such as the different teachers' teaching level is different, the teaching contents of different classes are not uniform enough, and the teaching methods of different classes are obviously different, etc. The course group consists of many teachers who teach the same course to form a teaching team, to establish a communication mechanism, to enhance the transmission, help and lead among teachers; Standardizing teaching content and unifying teaching progress; Improving the teaching method, improving the teaching level, and greatly improving the teaching effect of the subject basic course. The organization and implementation of the course group construction of the subject basic course is a complex system engineering, which needs the school and the college. Teachers and other levels of the main interests of active participation, close cooperation.
